Awesome experience for a solo trip. Abit of damage on my window but wasnt charged. Had a good night sleep. Didn't care much care for the cleanliness aslong is 90% clean, bed is very clean, much better than my house LOLOL.

I gave a 2 star rating to staff because they are not aware on the inclusions of our online booking. They keep on insinuating that we have to pay the tourism tax when it was already clear from our receipt that it was already included. In th end of our repeated discussion they finally reimburse it. So far, they were still polite.
