A big thank you to the friends who helped us. Everything was wonderful; it made for a perfect memento for our friends who were leaving Japan. The only downside was that the price we paid at the facility covered only two pairs of chopsticks. With extra charges for additional sanding, exceeding the time limit, and even another fee I can't recall the reason for, the total cost for four people ended up exceeding 20,000 yen. All extra charges should be clearly stated at the point of sale.

absolutely loved it! I wanna do it again ! Staff super cool and friendly , they offer u a go pro for a little extra charge if you want record your driving in a video, I took my own n borrowed their tripod clip thing. The guide takes pics n video of you through out. It’s very safe. And you go through the scramble a couple of times . it’s a really good tour we drove past Takeshita street and Parco mall (which I hadn’t seen before) so that was nice. The look on pedestrian faces and pple waving to you makes you feel like a super cool person! loved every second from check in through to the end professional friendly staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

what an experience, fantastic time and a funny and characteristic instructor. we had Arbrar who made the evening all the better. professional ran outfit and good location and direction. karts worked well and covered much distance given the time. Drove through Shibuya crossing from every angle and passed the 3D giant cat. My daughter and myself have done loads on this holiday and this was the best by far.

What an experience we had! Instructions were clear and our guide was awesome! It was all positive experience and great memories. This is a must activity if you are visiting Japan. Their moped karts are sick and clean, good for pictures. They also provide chest mount phone holder so you dont have buy to dont need to buy your own.

Tokyo Mario Kart was such a fun and unique experience! Driving around the city felt exciting, and it was a great way to see Tokyo from a different perspective. The staff were friendly, the briefing was clear, and the whole activity felt well-organised and memorable.

Highly recommend this to friends who love driving! Our guide, Miguel, explained everything clearly, gave precise instructions, and even helped us take photos. Safety measures were excellent, and he took thoughtful care of each one of us. This is a truly worthwhile experience.

My partner and myself recently joined the Hiroshima and Miyajima Island day tour with our guide, Kane, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Kane was warm, organised, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained the history of Hiroshima with sensitivity and clarity, making the visit to the Peace Memorial Park and Museum deeply meaningful. On Miyajima Island, he kept the group moving smoothly while still giving us time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the atmosphere. His storytelling, humour, and calm leadership made the whole day feel easy and enjoyable. The only downside was the included lunch, which was unfortunately quite disappointing — very bland and lacking flavour compared to the usual delicious meals you find in Japan. It didn’t match the quality of the rest of the tour.Overall, Kane delivered a fantastic and memorable day, and I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kyoto or Hiroshima. Just be aware that the lunch may not be the highlight.
