Things to do in Wanli District

We purchased tickets the day before and exchanged them on-site. There's an aquarium where you can enjoy the air conditioning. The show at the theater was longer than expected and featured professional diving performances. Both children and adults thoroughly enjoyed it, and the kids learned even more about marine animals.

It was an incredible experience! Our tour guide Jeff is very friendly, and guided us troughout the tour. He is very informative about everything we should do during the tour. We had plenty of time to buy souvenirs, take pictures, watch the scenery. Me and my family enjoyed the whole trip thanks to ezfly! This tour is 10/10!

For the price of a massive bus tour, we got a 5-person small group. It saved us so much waiting time and we loved meeting new people! We covered so much in one day: Yehliu Geopark (plus the cheapest souvenir shop!), Yin Yang Sea, Golden Waterfall, Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Waterfall, and sky lanterns at Shifen Old Street. A huge shoutout to our guide/driver, Kevin! He was incredibly patient and accommodating, which was perfect since I was traveling with a senior citizen. He even went out of his way to take our photos. It was a hot and tiring day, but New Taipei is amazing! Hotel pick-up was super convenient. At drop-off, Kevin didn't know our hotel (Hotel 6 - Wannien at Wan Nian Building) had car access and dropped us at the nearest station. It was totally okay though—we enjoyed walking the street afterwards and got boba! Highly recommend booking this if you want to see a lot of spots comfortably!

We had a tour booked with A Wei and it was a wonderful experience. We were picked up directly from our hotel, which made the day very convenient and stress-free. His tour plan was very well organised, and he was punctual, friendly, and professional throughout the day. The itinerary covered Yehliu Geopark, Golden Waterfall, Jiufen Old Street, Cat Village, Shifen Waterfall, and the lantern experience. We had a great chance to explore Yehliu Geopark and Jiufen Old Street, but unfortunately heavy rain started later in the day. Despite the weather, A Wei still took us to all the remaining spots and kindly showed us around as much as possible. This was our first time in Taiwan, and we felt very welcomed and well looked after. We truly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend A Wei to anyone visiting Taiwan.

Didn't expect the rain to be that bad during the tour but it didn't stop us from enjoying the places we've been to. I specifically looking forward to Qintiangang but didnt see much in Grassland due to fog and it was also too cold. The expertise of our Driver Mr. Cheng was also superb. We enjoyed it and will definitely recommend this.

He is kind, humorous, and incredibly resourceful, and he truly made our time in Taipei both enjoyable and memorable. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, with excellent time management at each stop. We especially appreciated the relaxed pace, the scenic little walks, and the delightful surprises along the way. Jeffrey also helped us capture many wonderful moments—we took lots of photos, and he made sure we had great shots to remember the day by. The food in Jiufen was delicious, and the lantern activities were a highlight, creating lasting memories for all of us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend booking this private tour with Klook—especially if you have Jeffrey as your guide.

Our driver is very good in explaining the history of our iconic destinations and very pleasant to talk to , patient enough with us and I highly recommend this tour it’s the best money well spend for a tour. Thank you Caleb our driver.

Our tour guide, Uncle Cai, was excellent. He managed the time perfectly and switched seamlessly between Cantonese and Mandarin. This tour was semi-independent; the driver simply dropped us off at each attraction, allowing us to explore on our own. It was ideal for someone like me who doesn't want to spend time and effort planning routes. Plus, having a car was much more comfortable and convenient compared to public transportation. The places we visited are unique. Beitou tho small was unexpectedly beautiful. The walk to Qingtiangang was a beautiful challenge too. But best of all & the highlight is Yehliu Geopark. This is not to be missed when in Taiwan.
