Things to do in Xining

Our tour leader was an incredibly professional and thoughtful driver. We were impressed by his punctuality, driving skills, service attitude, and patience. The entire trip was made more enjoyable and memorable because of him. The itinerary was very well planned and reasonable! If we have the opportunity to visit Northwest China again, we will definitely choose his services again, and we highly recommend him to other travelers. The Northwest is truly beautiful and worth visiting! 😎

There are many Grand Circle tours available, but if you're looking for quality, definitely choose a high-end tour like this one! It's just two people per driver, making the itinerary flexible and free. The hotels each night are quite comfortable. The guide also buys tickets, recommends routes and times, and handles check-in, etc., along the way (and their driving skills are top-notch! They are very familiar with the routes and always wait at the nearest parking spot, making it so much easier than driving yourself!)

​I received excellent service and a prompt response. The driver planned the day with three main stops, spending the bulk of the time at Chaka Salt Lake in the afternoon and ensuring I stayed until nearly sunset time —the ideal time for photography. The long drive was comfortable thanks to the great car, and the driver used a translator app to provide helpful guidance at every stop.

It's fun. The schedule is a bit tight, but it's really great that I was able to see two places in one day. The weather was also great and the food was good. The travel time is very long (about 10 hours), but it's unavoidable so it's okay.
