Perfect package for those looking all in one package for Nusa Penida. Everything was on time with no hassles in transfers. Our tour guide dodit also assisted throughout the trip from pick up to drop off at the harbor at Nusa Penida. BTW he took great pictures for us :). Also the pickup and drop to hotel by our driver carlos was also on time and very smooth.

Scenery: I just finished a solo trip to Bromo and Ijen. It was amazing to see both volcanoes so close up. For anyone worried about the hike up Ijen, it’s really not that difficult if you exercise regularly.The scenery was simply majestic, but the team is what made it so good. Guide: Big thanks to Edi, Fauzi, Sulis, and other members of the tour team for organizing such a unique experience. I will certainly find them again next time I'm in Indonesia.

From departing early in the morning to catch the sunrise, wake up coffee at an unreal place and a surreal experience at the rice terrace was an absolutely pleasant and joyful tour with Dek Ari! I was a little bit late for the departure time but Dek showed such a calmness and paitence with smile on his face which made the start of my tour much more comfortable and relaxed. He is very nice and gentle and his drives soft with confidence. Communication was no problem and most importantly, he made sure to let me take my time and fully enjoy every single part of the tour! Hello, we embarked on a Mount Batur tour during our Bali trip with high hopes. Although we traveled during the rainy season, we were lucky enough that it didn't rain, allowing us to take great photos with wonderful scenery. In particular, we sincerely thank Coco, who provided very satisfactory service throughout the tour with fluent English and a very kind attitude. It was a very meaningful experience to have such an impressive time. If you are traveling to Bali, be sure to apply for the tour and ask for Coco. It will be a choice you won't regret. Our driver/guide, Dhany, made sure we get to see everything on the itinerary. He also has a passion in cinematography. He takes very good photos. He led us to the less crowded, quiant but pretty photo spots. We enjoyed our tour with him. As for the transfer from Sanur Point to Nusa Penida, we had trouble finding the meet up point but once we found it, everything was smooth sailing.

The tour guide did an excellent job on supporting us with whatever he can, including where to eat and have a drink based on our requirements and expected prices. We skipped one location during the tour because we were a little afraid of the monkeys. However, he didn't show any frustration at all. Another thing to give compliment is that he is a fantastic driver and a great storyteller as well. To sum up, I will definitely five stars without a doubt after the journey.

Everything went okay. Our hotel transfers were smooth and the Buddy the driver was so helpful with information on things around Bali. Ferry transfer for Nusa Penida was a little bit hot and compact. Snorkelling trip was fun even though the waves were crazy high. Our driver and guide Komang for Nusa Penida was great. He showed us around and helped take our pics. All in all, everything was almost smooth (except for the road around Nusa Penida 🤣🤣🤣) and we absolutely had fun. Very recommended!

We are very satisfied with the trip because we were very impressed with Ngurah’s photography skills, good planning, friendliness and best timing for the whole trip. Also a notable mention to Wahyu for bringing us from Ubud to the coffee plantation and back to the hotel.
