This costume rental shop provides excellent service. We missed our reservation date due to rain, and the shop was very helpful in allowing us to use the service on another day. They also respond to emails very quickly. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The costumes are cute, clean, and have many props to choose from.

Miss Anazawa is very professional. She was never impatient when helping me put on the kimono and always had a smile on her face. Although the upgraded kimono was more expensive and had fewer choices, the quality was very good and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great experience.

This is the most affordable, clean and elegant 4 stars hotel! They provided very nice pyjamas for us and the kids! About 7 minutes walk to the station and the 7-eleven, lawson, natural lawson, family mart is just around the corner. We love the stay! 4 nights for just around $350 after KLOOK discounts worth every penny for an elegant/ modern, feels new vibe kind of hotel! They even have microwave at the 14th floor! We only figured it out on our last day there! Hope it helps you all to lessen packing your luggage 🤩

The location of this hotel is perfect. The hotel provide free shuttle service from airport to Hotel. however, pick up service from airport is available in the afternoon while shuttle bus to airport only available in the morning. even without shuttle bus, we may get into train station within 3 mins. it is really convenient. One added benefit is the free breakfast provided by Tokyo Inn. it’s is good and with variety of choices. we may come back to this hotel when we visit Tokyo again.

The location is good, really close to the station.
The pricing for overnight parking was pretty high, costing 2000 yen. Better if discount ticket can be provided for parking.

Although it's an older hotel, it's also clean, and the staff are courteous, which I thought was good. If you have the impression that it's right in front of the station, it's a bit of a walk. However, if you walk well from the 2nd-floor rotary, it connects directly! The 2nd-floor entrance isn't open during late-night hours, so I ended up on the 1st floor...

easy to redeem ticket, the place is huge. there is a kids plaza with place for the kids to play separated for infant, toddlers and bigger kids, and there is a kids cafe too. for the mini train driving attractions, you need to download the railway app and win the time slot for the attraction. per entry for a family (3 person per train) is 600 yen. it's about 20 minutes per ride. one phone can get only 1 slot of the mini train ride. the exhibitions is big and really fun for train enthusiasts. there are other attractions such us VR (theres a fee) and diorama (free). all and all, it's a good experience.
