Room was nice, staff was super helpful and i dont have to wait long for the buggy car. Facilities was top notch. Really worth it

We had a great stay, making it a perfect option for stopovers or layovers. Our room was comfortable with all the essentials, and breakfast was solid. The noise level was minimal enabling us to get a goodnights rest prior to our flight, which is always helpful. The highlight, though, was the manager, Edward. He greeted us warmly and even went the extra mile by offering me coffee, eggs, and roti canai when I skipped the full buffet. For those heading to KLIA1, there’s a shuttle you can book, but if you’re going to KLIA2, it’s just a quick and easy walk through a covered underpass.

I had such an amazing experience on this vacation!Where they upgraded our stay to Sunway Resort hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location itself was breathtaking—beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day full of exploring. I especially loved the local food—it was delicious and gave me a real taste of the culture. What truly stood out was the attention to detail in making every guest feel special. Whether it was the small thoughtful touches in the room or the personalized recommendations for sightseeing, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay.I highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. I’m already looking forward to returning!

It is very beautiful hotel. The moment we step in, it felt very festive, just nice as it was the Xmas season. The staffs were very welcoming. They asked if we have any special requests and acceded to them. It is also direct link to the mall, lots of eatery and bars.

My 2nd time here. Love the serenity and tranquility of this resort ❤️ really appreciate that they prepared small birthday cake for me, such a lovely welcoming gift 🫶🏻 even though we did have some hiccups during the check in and cannot get into our room on the 2nd day (we believe they rgster our stay as 2D1N instead of 3D2N), but the staff were helpful and solved the issues promptly. Breakfast were good enough for us, and the pools definitely the highlight here. However, the toilet room needs some upgrade on the door lock and lighting. The rest were all good and we will coming back in the future 😄

Everything is perfect in the room except that it has only 1 restaurant in there. You got no choice but to ride to the airport just so you can eat good food and snacks. but overall it's good. room, facilities, staff, cleanliness, air-conditioning, it's really nice. I remember one thing, the glass window should be one way tinted. my bad also co I didn't check first that you can see through the inside. so yeah. view is good and they have shuttle service also going to airport and going back to the hotel.
