Very satisfied with the overall experience. The booking process was smooth and easy, and everything was well arranged. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout. Everything went according to plan with no issues. Definitely a convenient and reliable service, and I would happily book through Klook again.The location and overall convenience were also good. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome of chocolates and fresh fruit.
