The tour was excellent especially for solo travelers. The tour guide (Faizan) explained everything and offered helpful tips throughout the experience. The meeting point is easy to find. This tour doesn't include the entrance fees for both castles, which are 42 euros for adults. No lunch as well but he will recommend a restaurant in the Neuchwanstein area. TIP: Come early so u will have the front seat of the upper deck. You will have a 180-degree view 180 degrees.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Neuschwanstein Castle on a Chinese-guided day tour, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we boarded the bus, everything was well-organized, and the day was packed with incredible moments.
Tour Organization:
The entire tour was perfectly coordinated. Our guide, who spoke fluent Mandarin, provided fascinating details about the history and mythology behind the castle. I truly appreciated the fact that we didn't need to worry about navigating the language barrier or figuring out transportation; everything was taken care of, from the moment we met to the time we returned to our starting point.

Very nice and well-organized visit with the audio guide. The weather was magnificent! It's a shame that we couldn't take pictures inside the castle.

Great tour by our tour guide Melanie, very detailed explanation to all places. Sandro our driver make sure all of us are taken care of in the bus ride. The view for the this town is so beautiful. I would say I don’t have enough time to explore the whole town. I had my meal in “coast collection” is so delicious.

Great experience and definitely worth going if you’re in Munich! There are lots of antique, special cars and the building itself has beautiful architecture.

the highlight of my trip in Germany, Bayern Munich vs Chelsea (UEFA Champions League). The atmosphere was energizing and was just a lot of fun. the real MVP of the game was the chearing squad. It was amazing!

Great pass that is value for money, would say it’s the best for solo travellers because you get to cover many museums and enjoy the rich history of Munich! Public transport in Munich is not super cheap either so this pass is definitely worth it! I managed to cover 6 places with a 2 day pass.
Advise: do buy it early as it will take some time for the provider (Turbopass) to send the details to you. It took about 25-26 hours for me after purchase before I rcvd the email.

The tour was excellent! Maxinne was really good at what she was doing. The itinerary was hassle-free. She was able to handle 16 people very well. She had a tablet with her, which she used to show us different photos and videos. She showed us excellent recommendations. Our departure was 1 hour earlier which was very good! We were able to explore Salzburg on our own with an extra hour! It is recommended for solo travelers like me! I was able to visit Austria!
