The microwave in the room didn’t work. The shower in the room fell off the shower wall. The laundry room was very confusing and expensive. The exercise room was in the same room as the sauna. The breakfast was not tastey-raw bacon, not fresh fruit. The “bowls” were the same as the plates. The front desk employees were mostly extremely helpful while a couple of them were very rude and unhelpful. We were pleasant to the staff and spoke German to them in appropriate greetings for Bavaria. The one elevator for the entire hotel was very small. It is fairly close to a U station. If we go back we would definitely avoide this place. The room supposedly for a family of four barely had room for a double bed and a double sofa bed. Very cramped.

Ideally placed for travel into the City centre. Property is clean and staff friendly. No USB points in the rooms so take travel adaptors! Lifts can get busy
