The Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace are just breathtaking historical sites. Really unparalleled in their imagination and artistry. The tour guide Jennifer and driver Marius were excellent, we really appreciated all of their insights and enjoyed the trip so much more because of them. Everyone is very punctual, and Jennifer gives us a very clear timeline for us to have enough time to see everything.

The tickets were great! many museums to see with amazing art pieces, sculptures, live music and performances, and much muc more. It is definitely worth getting the bundle but ensure you do it on a cool day as the summer heat can be very brutal.

we bought the tickets in germany by mistake. but we went to the switzerland zurich one and it was amazing. so worth the trip. no need for tour as its easy to navagate and have little audio devices telling all stories ..chocolate tasting was the most fun part kids loved it. and the store was great. highly recommend the zurich branch and for sure its equally nice in germany.

our driver was called something like Dragon and our touguide is a lady with beautiful blue eyes and grey hair and clear voice. I forgot her name unfortunately but she is so helpful and professional which makes the whole trip experience impeccable. I hope she can be my tour guide again! It is a worthy tour, I wish I had more time. If you love sightseeing and museums, you might want to skip lunch and tour around instead.

Lovely way to spend an hour in the sun, seeing more of Berlin than we could cover on foot. A relaxing and informative tour.

This trip to Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace was an excellent choice. Although the weather was very hot, the walking was doable. Joachim was our guide, knowledgeable and funny. The driver (I didn't get his name) was amazing too. Overall, great value for money!

Booking through Klook was convenient; we just scanned the QR code at the museum entrance at our designated time for admission. Backpacks are not allowed inside and must be stored in lockers (tokens are provided on-site for free use, so you don't need to spend your own cash). Overall, it was quite good, with clear and smooth visitor flow, guiding you through BMW's entire history of development and its future.

Great tour! Raffaelo is such a good storyteller and was able to infuse humor, sentimentality and perspective on the history of the places visited. The walk thru the holocause memorial was gut-wrenching.

It's great that taking the 2-day pass allows you to enjoy both lines and see Berlin from every angle.

Anja is a very lively and helpful guide. She provides history and geographical pictures of Berlin as well as her own childhoid experience. it was a very interesting tour throughout. itinerary: Not enough time provide at Berlin Wall. And due to an event, we were unable to go to the Gate.
