Great facility, easy check-in. Helpful staff all around. I happened to be in a rental car and there was no available parking at the hotel itself. I had to park at the underground Potsdamer Platz garage across the street. It was quite a long walk back to the hotel and it was difficult to get my bearings. The laundry service was overpriced as well, so we had to use an offsite launderer to get the laundry done. My case was somewhat exceptional as I was traveling in a party of five in a car. A single traveler or a couple using Berlin's many transportation options should have no complaints. The breakfast was indeed terrific.

Fantastic
A very clean and luxurious hotel that doesn't come with the 5 star price. The reception area was always well staffed and the hotel shop was well stocked at reasonable prices. The check in was painless and as we got there early we were able to leave our bags and go off for a wander while the room got ready. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. We didn't have the breakfast as we thought 25 Euros each was a bit excessive but i know from a previous visit that it was a fine spread. I would recommend getting off the U-Bahn at Mendelson rather than Potsdamer Platz as it's a fair walk with bags from there in comparison

Stayed with kids

Overall, our stay was disappointing. The rooms were far too warm because there was no air conditioning, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. We also had a poor experience when the elevator to the parking garage was out of service. We asked for assistance getting our luggage to the car, but no help was available. Considering the price, we expected a much higher standard. The rooms were quite basic and did not offer good value for the money. Unfortunately, we do not feel the hotel lives up to its price point.

Solo stay

Location Great for walking to sights or with U bhan very close for other sights and S bhan from airport to Potsdamer Platz . Close to Tempodrum music venue and city sights. Great Breakfast, Room perfect with fridge and Kettle, very comfy. Reception quick and efficient.

A fantastic hotel. Really comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Just beside the U Bann station so really easy access to anywhere in Berlin. Will stay here again the next time I’m in Berlin

The room was warm . When we asked the reception staff how we can rchange the air condition temperature she said the temperature of air condition set up by hotel. Room was warmer than outside . we could open the window little bit . There was no celling light , only few table lamp ..room was dark , I got headche
