The Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace are just breathtaking historical sites. Really unparalleled in their imagination and artistry.
The tour guide Jennifer and driver Marius were excellent, we really appreciated all of their insights and enjoyed the trip so much more because of them.
Everyone is very punctual, and Jennifer gives us a very clear timeline for us to have enough time to see everything.

Booking through Klook was convenient; we just scanned the QR code at the museum entrance at our designated time for admission. Backpacks are not allowed inside and must be stored in lockers (tokens are provided on-site for free use, so you don't need to spend your own cash). Overall, it was quite good, with clear and smooth visitor flow, guiding you through BMW's entire history of development and its future.

This tour is very convenient, and the itinerary is well-planned. Train tickets are already included, so after meeting at the designated spot, we just walk to the train station and board the train. The tour guide was excellent; they even lent us money for the restroom and explained the history and culture of each attraction. They also waited for everyone to gather at each location before starting the explanation, ensuring no one was left behind. They also recommended souvenirs and suggested a restaurant for lunch that would offer a more profound experience.

The Munich City Pass is very convenient! This time, I used it for several attractions, including Nymphenburg Palace, Deutsches Museum, Alte Pinakothek, and the FC Bayern Museum, and it can also be used with public transportation.
What's most worth mentioning is that with the City Pass, you can visit the FC Bayern Museum and then pay an additional €9 to join the Allianz Arena Tour, without needing to buy a whole new ticket package – it's a fantastic deal! If your itinerary includes several attractions, I highly recommend purchasing it.

The tour guide, Melanie was excellent—friendly, professional, and spoke very clear English throughout the tour. She gave us thorough introductions to all the sights and even in Munich and recommended great local restaurants and food spots nearby. We tried one of the receommend restaurants in Salzburg. Nice!! We also added the boat cruise as an extra, and it was absolutely worth it. The lake was calm and peaceful, so my boy had no seasickness at all. During the cruise, they played lovely music, including the theme from The Sound of Music—such a nice touch! Besides the coach is new and clean. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.
