Fantastic 5.0
Great value for your money! Nver regretted booking this as it is more cost effective and less of a hassle with traffic and everything else. They have a schedule that you can easily follow and are really on time, the boat passes through all the attractions that you’d want to visit plus you can experience the local culture and things that each pier/local has to offer at each stop. My family and I really had a blast on this trip and this is one of the reasons why.

Fantastic 5.0
The coconut sugar house was a worthwhile stop, I'm glad it's included. This activity is primarily recommended for individuals who have not previously experienced it. The most notable aspect was navigating the river and canal systems. I advise against purchasing items from vendors due to their elevated prices. While food and snacks are available, it is recommended to make such purchases after disembarking the boat. Although consuming food on the boat offers a unique experience and photo opportunity, it is not generally advised. A notable drawback is that boatman may direct you to specific merchants, where there can be pressure to purchase merchandise. We encountered significant pressure to acquire an expensive item; however, I strongly recommend politely declining such offers, as comparable items can often be found at a lower cost in Bangkok. The primary value of this experience lies in immersing oneself in the floating market environment rather than in making purchases

It was wonderful journey, was very interesting to observe how the locals live on the river side. Also the temples are beautiful and we got really nice photos! And we also got the blessing from the monk in the Wat Arun temple. And thanks to our lovely guide Nok, she was very cheerful and it was nice to spend those hours with her 🙏🏼

Fantastic 5.0
Our tour guide, Tom, was fantastic and took great pictures of us along the way. Instructions to the meeting point were clear and easy to follow. There was some waiting at canal locks, so would be sure to wear sunscreen. Wat Paknam was a highlight- we saw monks taking a test the day we went. The Buddha image is truly amazing in scale in person.

Fantastic 5.0
This was the best experience of our three-day vacation in Thailand. We had so much fun with a lot of exciting activities 🪂,water jumping. Our day started early at 6:20 AM. First, we headed to Bali Hai Pier, where everything was well organized and the guides were incredibly helpful. From there, we took a boat to enjoy the parachute 🪂 and water activities. After that, we visited Tien Beach an isolated island with soft white sand and clear blue water. We did paddle boating and clear kayaking, and even had individual photo shoots 🛶. There were plenty of amazing drone photos and videos taken during kayaking and paddle boating. We had lunch at a beachside restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. After lunch, we spent some more time enjoying the beautiful water. The trip wrapped up around 3:30 PM, and we were back at the hotel around 7:00 PM. The driving was super smooth, and the guides were super cool. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and the highlight of our trip.

a very fun experience and the instructor was super nice and patient! do take care when trying this activity if you fall off the board it’s very easy to get whiplash injuries on your neck due to the speed of the running water. other than that super fun activity to try

What to know before visiting Bangkok

Top Attractions in Bangkok City, Thailand

The Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew

When you visit Bangkok, the Grand Palace is a must-see. It’s the city’s most famous landmark, home to Wat Phra Kaew, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. The golden roofs and detailed Thai architecture show Bangkok’s royal history and rich cultural heritage.

Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn)

Across the Chao Phraya River from the Grand Palace, Wat Arun is one of the most beautiful temples in Bangkok. You can climb its tall central tower for amazing city views, especially during sunrise or sunset when the temple glows in the light.

Chatuchak Weekend Market

Shop like a local at Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok’s most famous shopping spots. With thousands of stalls, you’ll find clothes, art, plants, and souvenirs. Don’t forget to try the local street food, from mango sticky rice to coconut ice cream.

Khao San Road

For a taste of Bangkok’s nightlife, head to Khao San Road. The street is filled with bars, live music, and food stalls that stay open late. It’s also a nice place to meet other travelers and experience Bangkok’s energetic atmosphere.

Siam Paragon and MBK Center

In Bangkok’s city center, Siam Paragon and MBK Center are two of the largest shopping malls. You’ll find fashion stores, restaurants, and even aquariums inside. It’s the perfect spot to cool off, shop, and enjoy modern Bangkok life.

Tips before visiting Bangkok

1. Stay Connected with an eSIM

Before arriving in Bangkok, set up a Thailand eSIM so you can easily use maps, translation apps, and rideshare services like Grab. You can buy one online before your trip or at Bangkok International Airport. Having internet access makes getting around the Bangkok metropolis much easier.

2. Dress Code at Religious Sites

When visiting Bangkok’s temples, like the Grand Palace or Wat Pho, you must dress modestly. Cover your shoulders and knees, and avoid sleeveless tops or short skirts. Respecting the dress code shows appreciation for Thai culture and local traditions.

3. Greeting Customs

The traditional Thai greeting is the wai, you press your palms together and give a small bow. You’ll often see this gesture when meeting locals or thanking someone in Bangkok. It’s a polite and respectful way to connect with people during your visit.

4. Tipping Practices

Tipping isn’t required in Bangkok, but it’s always appreciated. Leave small change for good service at restaurants, hotels, or taxis. Even a small tip shows gratitude and helps support the friendly service culture in Bangkok.

5. Market Haggling

Shopping at places like Chatuchak Weekend Market or Patpong Night Market is a fun part of visiting Bangkok. Bargaining is normal, so don’t be shy to negotiate politely for a better price.
