Unforgettable Mount Bromo Experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The driver arrived on time, the jeep ride was exciting, and the views of the sunrise over Mount Bromo were absolutely breathtaking. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-paced and we got plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and take photos. Love the waterfall trip as its full of greenery and the cool air and water that hit you once you're at the bottom. It's treacherous for me on the way back uphill though. Can be pretty slippery too. Our guide is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The best part of the safari is getting to feed the animals while you are safe in the car.

I had a fantastic time with my tour(Arya) guide. From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the local history and culture. They explained everything clearly, took great care of me, and made the entire tour feel fun and comfortable. I really appreciate their effort in making sure i had a good experience. Firstly, we would like to say much thanks to Andre and the company for assisting us with our transfer as I had chosen wrong date by mistake and only realised it less thn 24hrs before. They were flexible to meet our requirements and changed the timings to suit us. Also since it was just our family for the activity, everything was not rushed. Andre also was very well informed and answered to all our queries. We are glad we booked for this activity!

Trowulan must be a history buff's delight. For me, without any prior knowledge of Majapahit history, it was quite fascinating to listen to our guide Pak Argus' labyrinth tale of kings and queens, princes and palace intrigues; the arrival of Mongols , its wars , the legends of Hinduism and Buddhism, the spread of Islam and the subsequent migration of the Hindu-Javanese elites to Bali, agrarian migrations to Bromo . It was a delightful educational tour. Highly recommended tour for an understanding of ancient Java.

Booked the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and Jodipan Village tour via Klook with Arya and had an amazing experience! My mum has knee problems and Arya was soo patient to support her down the steep slopes and to wait with her while I went down to the waterfalls. He is very attentive and considerate to our needs and speaks great English. Our driver (sorry I forgot his name!) was very steady and patient, the hours in the car was seamless and comfortable. The tour destinations were absolutely worth it - I didn't expect the glass bridge experience at Jodipan.

The Bromo tour was one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen in my life, and every moment felt surreal and unforgettable. Although it was raining on the way from Surabaya, we were lucky to arrive at King Kong Hill under clear skies, allowing us to enjoy the full view. We also had the best driver and a wonderfully kind guide who made the whole journey even more comfortable and enjoyable. The entire experience was so perfect that I have absolutely no regrets choosing this tour. 참고로 쌀쌀은 했지만 엄청 춥지는 않았고, 한국 가을 날씨 정도로 느껴졌습니다~ (11월22일 기준) I was especially grateful for our guide, Melati, who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and talented guide. She guided us perfectly and showed us the best spots. She also took amazing photos for us, helping us create memories. If I ever visit Bromo again, I would love to join her tour once more. Thank you so much, Melati!

This trip was beyond imagination, even though I didn't see the blue flame on the day I went. The vehicle was comfortable with ample legroom, and Mr. Rudi was a gentleman and punctual. If you like swimming, the hotel has a pool. Also, when we departed at 11:00 PM, the hotel packed the rice that we didn't redeem the coupon for in time, and Ms. Judi brought it to the car. It was very impressive. I encourage everyone to try this experience once in their life. Watching the sunrise at Mount Bromo is not difficult, but at Ijen, the path is quite steep for a long distance. I recommend being in reasonably good physical condition.

The 4-day, 3-night Tumpak Sewu Waterfall + Ijen Volcano tour was amazing! As a Chinese girl traveling alone with only average English skills, I didn't feel any pressure at all. The whole trip was comfortable and the scenery was stunning. Tumpak Sewu Waterfall was so beautiful it left me speechless! I must especially praise the guide who led the way to the waterfall. He was very gentlemanly and considerate, offering help on dangerous sections, and taking photos with great care. Every photo he took was amazing, making the experience even better. The other guides were also dutiful and completed the service according to the procedure, without any perfunctoriness. The accommodation was also very reliable, clean and tidy, so I felt completely at ease. A small incident: There was a confusion with the amount charged by the driver going to Ijen Volcano. He charged 80k Indonesian Rupiah but said it was a 35k medical examination fee, and also mistakenly calculated 50k as 5k. Later, I carefully checked it and got the money back. But the driver on the last leg of the journey was super heartwarming. Knowing that I was a foreign tourist with poor English, he specially got out of the car near the hotel to help confirm the specific store in the local language, and also took the initiative to help carry my luggage. He was so gentle and kind, I was instantly warmed! Overall, it was a very satisfactory trip. Most of the staff were reliable and the value for money was good. I recommend it to friends traveling alone. Just be sure to double-check the amount when paying to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
