Um dos melhores passeios que já fizemos! Nosso guia, Friesko, foi super simpático e experiente. Ele tornou nossa experiência muito agradável. Fácil de conversar e fazer piadas. Com certeza o procuraríamos novamente se visitarmos Bromo outra vez! O mirante do nascer do sol era lindo e frio, e a caminhada até a cratera foi divertida.

There's a website with more info of the actual itinerary and what to prepare after booking which was useful. Car is clean and guide is friendly. Booked 4D3N so not too rush. We were able to see the sunrise at Bromo & Ijen. Ijen was not too easy to climb, certain areas are steep. Also if you want to see both blue flames and sunrise you got hike fast. We didn't had time for blue flames but managed to get a good timelapse of sunrise. Local guide at Tumpak Sewu Waterfall directs you to all the photo spots and good at taking photos. He even managed to stitch up a short video with and background music for us in such a short time.

Thank you so much Mr Bagus for driving us around and planning our itinerary! Mr Bagus is great with English and is chatty and funny. He also has vast knowledge to provide great insights into the culture and provides great recommendations and places to visit in Indonesia.
We were sadden by the news that forest fire closed Mt Ijen. The tour agency checked with us before changing our itinerary to the Sewu waterfalls. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time on this trip!
Hope to come back again soon to visit Ijen! Definitely booking with them again!
You know you are in good hands when you meet Mr Bagus. Appreciate the tour agency for the well-planned itinerary.
Just a heads up the wet shoe rental at sewu is 30k and restrooms are available for 5k. Upgrade to single room will be at 375k.

Se você tiver um dia extra inteiro em Surabaya, este é o melhor pacote. Fomos com 4 membros da equipe (incluindo eu) e o guia turístico, Andrea, nos buscou e nos deixou em nosso hotel. Andrea também é muito experiente em história e questões locais, então não foi apenas uma visita, mas também aprendemos sobre o Monte Bromo. Eu recomendo muito este pacote... não é à toa que é uma escolha Klook.

Itinerary :
Did the 3D2N Tour to Tumpak Sewu, Ijen and Mt Bromo. It did felt quite rush as we were up very early everyday. But overall, it was planned well and we did get to rest in the car between our stops.
The team was also very flexible with the itinerary. As I travelled during the wildfire that was happening at Mt Bromo, the guide switched around our Mt Bromo hike to our last day instead in hopes that the wildfire would be extinguished by then. Unfortunately, we were still not able to climb Mt Bromo and the team were happy to refund us part of the trip. But we still went ahead and just climbed teh sunrise viewpoint instead.
Guide:
My guide, Laz was very approchable, helpful and understanding. I was travelling with my sister and mum, both who does not have much experience to hiking. But Laz was patient and adapted to our pace during the hikes. He made sure our trip was smooth and enjoyable throughout. Also a shout-out to the driver who was very patient and helpful as well.

Mount Kelud is a hidden gem as most people would go for Mount Bromo and Ijen. With a short hike, you get to see the majestic Mount Kelud and its acidic lake. Our guide, Bella, made the experience even better with her bubbly personality and all the legends surrounding Mount Kelud! Highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to do hiking but wants to avoid the crowded touristy area!

As my first solo trip,I was scared and doubtfull. The schedule somehow similar to the package,with some changes.
Day 1: Tumpak Sewu
Driver Andika was punctual and nice.Guide Widodo was helpful and good photographer!He stayed when I struggled climbing up.
We stayed at Jamilah H’stay,far from town.The room wasn’t soundproof and the shared toilet was small. But the receptionist was very helpful.
Day 2: Seruni Viewpoint
Driver Frankie was friendly.We took a jeep near Seruni VP and had no guide, but everything went smoothly.Breakfast was prepared before continue to Kawah Ijen.
Day 3: Kawah Ijen
Our driver was skillful despite the long journey from Bromo.Hadi Homestay was spacious with better facilities.At 12:30 AM, we started the hike.Our guide Iqbal,was very helpful.Toughest hike,but he brought us to see the blue fire and lake without pressuring.We followed our own pace and made it!
Going down,I took the “Lamborghini” for 500k—worth every penny!
Tips: Stretch and warm up before hiking!

Our trip to Mount Bromo and Tumpak Sewu was incredible. We were blessed with a clear, full view of Bromo at sunrise. Just a heads-up: the hikes are much steeper than expected! The trek down to Tumpak Sewu involves very narrow, high stairs, but the waterfall is worth every bit of effort.
Our guide and driver, Sunny, was amazing—patient, friendly, and kept us comfortable the entire time. Regarding accommodation, we were moved from Artha Cottage to Harmoni Guest House. It was a nice substitution, especially with the stunning view of the Semeru volcano.
Highly recommended for anyone up for a bit of a climb!
