Things to do in Sapporo

It was a very nice and senior-friendly experience. Our tour guide, Baste, was very helpful in managing the different nationalities on board. This was such a chill tour — I think I ate the most ice cream I’ve ever had in my life

Vivi was a fantastic tour guide! She was patient with us in explaining everything with 3 languages, she was able to answer our questions and to provide us enough space to explore/rest around. Overall 10/10 experience.

Went to all locations as specified on the itinerary. Enough time was provided at each. Only downside was the place we stopped and could have lunch at - all the restaurants were either full, out of our budget, or closed due to having sold out of their ingredients for the day. Guide suggested us to go to the Seico Mart convenience store if we couldn't find a restaurant, which quite a few groups ended up doing. There was enough food at the convenience store so that wasn't an issue. The highlight was definitely the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival which we had to pay an extra ¥1,000 per person for when we arrived (purchased tickets there). It was a great experience. If you are taking lots of photos, then the time there may not be enough. Overall, the other spots were a little underwhelming. The bear ranch was not cheap to enter and was a lot smaller than expected...

Our guide, Ms. Lisa, was fantastic—very knowledgeable about the places, and incredibly kind, cheerful, and warm. We truly enjoyed the tour. We just wish we had more time at Blue Pond, as it felt a bit short and we wanted to fully appreciate the views and nature. Overall, this is one of the best tours we’ve booked. We can’t wait to come back for the summer Furano lavender field tour!

The whole day felt smooth, well planned, and honestly just easy. Our guide spoke both English and Japanese and was really very fluent in English. He was a charming personality. One thing that really stayed with me was how thoughtful he was. Since I don’t eat pork or beef and didn’t have anything I could eat, he actually offered me white chocolate biscuits. It was such a small gesture but it meant a lot in that moment. The tour started and ended right on time, which I really appreciate. Nothing felt rushed and the places we visited were absolutely beautiful, Hokkaido is just something else. I genuinely feel like Hokkaido isn’t the easiest place to explore by car, especially if you want to cover good spots comfortably. I would definitely recommend taking a day tour like this instead.

Hassle free and convenient tour. Snow mobile was the highlight of the trip. You have to pay 15,000 yen for single and 20,000 yen for double. Chilli keeps us on the dot. How I wish there’s a videographer or video stand that takes a quick video coz it’s impossible to record yourself while driving.

We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Ms. Chillin. She made the entire tour smooth and enjoyable. What stood out most was her unique guiding style, she explains everything clearly in one language first, either Mandarin or English, instead of mixing both at the same time. This made it much easier to follow without feeling overwhelmed, and we didn’t have to wait long for translations. It kept the flow of the tour efficient, even while we were on the bus. She was also very honest and helpful. She shared great tips on where to find good deals and even warned us about shops that were not worth buying from, helping us save both time and money. Her recommendations were practical and thoughtful. Overall, the tour was definitely worth the price. It’s perfect if you want to see many places in a well-organized way. However, if you prefer more time to relax at each stop, this might feel a bit fast-paced. For us, it was just right and truly completed our Hokkaido trip.

This was a great tour. We saw all the beautiful winter wonders. I was particularly enchanted by the Ningle Terrace as I’ve been wanting to see a Christmas Market in Winter and that’s what it looked like to me. :) Leo our guide was very clear in giving instructions and I was impressed that he would translate everything from English to Chinese to Japanese. ❤️

Huge day out in Hokkaido with wonderful commentary and assistance from our charismatic guide Gilbert who transitioned seamlessly between English, Chinese and Japanese. itinerary well explained with plenty of comfort spots. Also thanks to our driver who was called in as a replacement last minute on a public holiday and drive us around all day in difficult conditions. great day out! 本当にありがとうございました
