Transport in Guangzhou

Good service even there are some languages barrier but still recommend if you need more comfortable while traveling.

Happen to find out about this service by chance and decided to give it a try. It saved a lot of transfer hassle as we checked in all our luggages at Pazhou Ferry Terminal (each pax only allowed to check in 1 pc of luggage) and just took a relaxing trip all the way to HKIA! Upon arrival, each pax is given a tax refund of HKD120. If you are flying out of HK (please check whether your airline collaborate with this ferry service), I highly recommend using this route.

The pass is easy to use and changing pickup locations is simple. My friend and I discovered that our departure plans to return to Hong Kong had changed. We needed to depart from our hotel at the original Guangzhou station, but the front desk staff were very helpful and provided assistance, allowing us to change our pickup location to Grandbuy Department Store, Dongmen. When boarding, the ticket inspector was also very friendly and explained everything in detail, making our entire journey very comfortable. I plan to use this pass again next month when I visit Guangzhou.

The counter at Daxing airport is not open as it’s still undergoing maintenance. The contact person mail the metro cards to our hotel via express delivery that arrived on the morning when we checked into our hotel.

The pick-up was very smooth, the pick-up location was informed, and the driver carried a signboard with the passenger's name, making it so easy to find the driver.

It is a stress free travel. the bus is very clean and comfortable. It is direct and convenient way to travel to and from China with a family aged from 6 to 80 years old. My only advise is to make sure everyone takes the bathroom break after crossing the border because there is no bathroom on the bus. the driver will not stop for any breaks.

The driver arrived early. There was a name sign on the front of the car. Everything fit in the car, accommodating 9 people and all the luggage together. The trip was from Sofitel Guangzhou hotel -> Chimelong Zhuhai. It took 2 hours.
