Punctual pickup, but there were some delays during the trip because other tourists were slow + weather conditions, making the trip boring and returning 1 hour later than scheduled. We viewed trees from the car. There was a snowmobile available for an extra charge of ¥15,000 for 1 person per snowmobile or ¥20,000 for 2 people per snowmobile. There was also a banana boat which was cheaper and more fun. The snowmobile was very slow, so everyone just followed each other and it wasn't very fun.

Grace has been a phenomenal tour guide, providing information in 3 languages throughout the tour! She's very sweet and kind! We were able to view everything in the schedule and had fortunate clear weather. The driver was on time and provided a smooth experience. I truly believe the night tour is better and I highly recommend Grace and this tour.

The tour was very nice. It was a great experience for someone like me who comes from a non-winter country. It’s something I was able to experience in my life. Even though I traveled alone and didn’t know anyone, I still enjoyed it a lot. Special thanks to our tour guide—I forgot the name, but he was very friendly. You can really see that he finds ways to help you experience what you want. So far, he is the most approachable and friendliest guide I’ve had among all the tours I joined. Keep it up and always stay the same. It was a great experience to try.

Our tour guide Lucy was knowledgeable with her experience living in Hokkaido. I was amazed by how she could speak different languages and be informative. We got to learn a small portion of Hokkaidos history about their culture and food. The illumination tour was very well worth it. Very beautiful scenery. The tour leader, Rourou, was attentive and gentle, and helped fellow travelers with their needs. The vehicle drove very smoothly on the snow-covered roads. The penguins were very cute, and Shirahige Falls was also very beautiful. I really enjoyed this trip. If friends or family come to Hokkaido next time, I'll bring them on this tour!

Booked a 6-hour (including 1-hour lunch) snowboarding lesson on Klook, and had Joanne as our instructor on the day, which was a fantastic experience! We took the class at the Kitano Mine ski resort, and the instructor was very patient, carefully pointing out the areas where we needed to pay attention to and improve our movements. She also gave us appropriate rest time when she saw that we were tired and took many beautiful photos for us! I would definitely recommend booking these courses and Joanne as your instructor to all skiing enthusiasts who are interested in skiing or want to improve their movements!
