A big thank you to our snowboarding instructor, Ken! He was professional and enthusiastic, constantly encouraging us during lessons and creating a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment. This really helped us feel more confident in trying new things and pushing our limits. He made sure to cater to everyone in our group of 10, from beginners to more experienced riders. If you had any questions about control or technique, he was always happy to explain. He also consistently offered to take photos and videos for us to remember the experience. (Though, as a beginner, I wasn't too keen on having videos of myself eating snow!) After some encouragement from Ken in the afternoon, I bravely ventured into the beginner area a few times and slowly started to get the hang of the falling leaf technique. For anyone interested in skiing or snowboarding, I highly recommend staying here for two days: one day for lessons and a second day to rent equipment and practice on your own. By the second day, some of the students who continued lessons were already confidently gliding around!

Amazing day! Liao was an excellent snowboarding instructor—very knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout the lesson. He explained techniques clearly and made sure we felt confident practicing them. A huge thank you to Liao for being so fantastic, as well as to the bus driver and all the other staff who were incredibly accommodating and supportive. I would absolutely recommend this day trip.

We took the English course which included the ski gear and the instructor. We started the day by getting the ski gear at a shop in Sapporo then proceeded to the ski resort. We got our skis and started practicing. Our instructor start with teach us how to get on-off our ski, how to fall in case we can’t control our, and how to walk across the fall line. After getting over the basics, we practiced in a short easy slope until around lunch. After lunch we practiced more, took the lift and went to ski at the yellow course. The itinerary was affected by the traffic but the instructors adjusted the itinerary accordingly.

had the most fun experience!! our coach was nice and didn’t mind that we were total noobs, lol, we even braved our hearts and rode the chairlift! thank you to our wonderful coach and we had the best time, will definitely come back to do this one again! the place was also very beginner friendly so it was goos for us first timers :)

This plan is excellent and highly recommended for beginners. We are a group of five from Taiwan and received instruction from coach Ashin. For beginners, he provides a strong sense of security and an easy-to-understand teaching style. He patiently observes each student's learning progress and provides the most suitable learning method. Most importantly, he is great at providing emotional support, saying we are all geniuses, hahaha. Although my partner likes to joke about me smoking Changbai Mountain cigarettes hahaha, he can really connect with us! Thank you coach for taking care of us and giving us a perfect skiing experience, making it unforgettable for each of us and making us very interested in skiing! The only thing is that heavy snow sometimes causes traffic jams on the way back to Sapporo. One time, a 20-minute drive took two and a half hours. It is recommended not to schedule any plans afterward to avoid affecting subsequent activities!

This is our second time booking this tour and we love it! Last year we booked the ski lesson and it was great. This year we booked the snowboarding lesson and Ken was amazing. He turned 4 of us complete beginners into competent snowboarders in 1 hour and we were flying down from the top of the mountain by lunch time. SUPER great time. You must book snowboarding in order to get Ken because he will stay with your group the entire time and take photos and videos while being the best teacher ever. I would give 6 stars just for him.

special thanks and shoutout to instructor 小廖，his teaching is very good and clear, and he is very attentive to all students and will provide feedbacks and correct our form! He helped us to take photos and videos as well! Beside the view at the resort is very pretty too! Totally recommend if you are beginner and want to learn how to skii or snowboard, managed to learn the basics in one day!

I bought this tour for twice, very good experiences. The trainer (Mr Leow) is an experienced trainer, he is helpful and friendly. The trainer also helped us to take photos and videos. Thank you

Easy meet up place, the itinerary was followed on time. Our instructor, Noah was able to teach us a short span of time making us enjoyed our ski time and take great photos, too! Must book when you visit Sapporo
