• Please arrive at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the designated meeting time and wait for the driver at the entrance. Before boarding, please show your reservation information to the driver/guide and complete check-in.
• When large taxis or minibuses are operating, the sightseeing driver will provide you with an introduction, not a tour guide. The corresponding languages are Chinese and Japanese.
• Due to road conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, and sightseeing time may be shortened or extended.
• This tour group will host guests from Japan and overseas, so the tour guide will provide explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to holiday or visiting hour restrictions at various facilities, you may arrive at the next attraction earlier or have your itinerary shortened.
• Passengers who have selected the "pick-up and drop-off" service, please wait at the reserved time and location as confirmed. The pick-up and drop-off time may vary due to the sequence of services on the day, road conditions, and weather. Please allow ample time and keep your mobile phone accessible.
• Pickup and drop-off services are limited to designated areas and eligible locations. The final pickup and drop-off times and locations will be subject to the notification provided before departure.
• If you miss your itinerary due to personal reasons such as being late, not waiting at the designated location, or being unable to be contacted in time, it will be considered a voluntary放弃, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
• This itinerary primarily operates in Hokkaido during winter. Please understand that vehicle delays may occur due to snowfall, road ice, traffic control, and weather conditions. Arrival times,停留时间 (stay duration), and sightseeing order at each attraction may also be adjusted based on the actual situation on the day.
• The business hours of Otaru Sankaku Market, Sakaimachi Street Shopping Arcade, and other shops may be adjusted due to date, weather, season, or the shops' own circumstances. Some shops may be temporarily closed, and we ask for your understanding.
• Meals are not included in this itinerary. You may choose your own restaurant or purchase meals during your free time in Otaru, and you will be responsible for the related expenses.
• The prices, inventory, and sales of products in the supermarket are subject to the actual conditions of the store on the day, and there is no guarantee that specific items will be in stock.
• When purchasing refrigerated, frozen, fresh, or other food items, please confirm the subsequent storage and carrying conditions yourself. This itinerary cannot assume responsibility for product spoilage or similar issues caused by improper storage.
• If you are participating with large luggage, skis, ski equipment, or other bulky items, please contact us in advance to confirm. Depending on the vehicle model used and the number of participants on the day, luggage space inside the vehicle may be limited.
• Please take good care of your passport, mobile phone, wallet, shopping items, and other personal belongings. Before getting off the vehicle and leaving each attraction, please confirm that all your personal items are complete.
• In winter, roads in the Otaru and Niseko areas may be icy and slippery. It is recommended to wear winter shoes with good anti-slip properties and prepare sufficient cold-weather clothing.
• The actual vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day, and may be a bus, a medium-sized vehicle, or a small vehicle.
• If you have arrangements to take a plane, JR, bus, or other transportation after the trip, please be sure to allow sufficient connection time. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to connect to your subsequent transportation arrangements due to return delays caused by weather, snow, or road traffic.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
