Restaurant Environment: Clean, tidy, and brightly lit, with views of the Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai night skyline. Food Taste: There's a wide variety of food, including freshly shucked French oysters. The cold seafood platter offers lobster, crab legs, bread crabs, and more. Hot dishes include stir-fried lobster, steamed scallops with garlic, pan-fried foie gras, steak, lamb chops, various roasted meats, Japanese tonkatsu, Indian curry, stew, and more. The best desserts are the original and chocolate flavored egg waffles, along with Mövenpick ice cream. You can also enjoy unlimited soda, milk tea, and lemon tea. The lobster was fresh, tender, and delicious. Every dish looked and tasted excellent! 👍🏻 Experience: The staff were polite and cleared plates quickly. It's even better than the buffet at the S-brand hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui.
You can enter at 11:15 AM, and at 11:30 AM, a staff member will announce that you can start getting food. I was surprised that even the lunch options were plentiful, comparable to dinner. I was so happy they had Eggs Benedict (lobster, salmon). I ate about 70% of the food available and was already so full I wanted to nap. The environment is open and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful day, making the whole atmosphere very pleasant. The food taste, variety, quality, ambiance, and service were all excellent. I will definitely come back again to enjoy it all.
This Lunar New Year, I enjoyed dinner with my family. The food selection was still abundant and of high quality. In line with the Lunar New Year festivities, dinner included various Lunar New Year cakes and desserts, chilled crab, lobster, oysters, and savory foie gras tofu. Due to the New Year, there was an additional charge of $78 to get free red and white wine, which doesn't greatly affect those who drink little alcohol. The Vista remains the best choice for buffets, and with the buy-two-get-two-free promotion, it's hard to find a restaurant that can compare.
The semi-buffet includes a choice of main course or salad, both of which are well-presented and delicious! Other options include Chinese and Western soups, bread, orange juice, coffee, and milk tea, all you can eat. There aren't many dessert options, just two or three types of pastries, watermelon, and cantaloupe. There are also tasty original and chocolate-flavored egg waffles, but no Movenpick ice cream like you get with the Saturday and Sunday buffet lunch. Overall, $187 for 2.5 hours in a 5-star environment to enjoy lunch and chat is a great value! Restaurant Environment: Excellent
Experience: I believe it's because the long holiday has passed, so the restaurant had relatively fewer people tonight. This allowed us to choose a sea-view table, and we didn't have to queue for food at all, making for a truly relaxed dining experience! Food Taste: I've been to The Window Cafe many times, but this visit was a "new" enjoyment. The food selection was more diverse than before, with innovative preparations and rich flavors. It's definitely worth recommending!
They had a buy-two-get-one-free promotion, and we had dinner with family. They arranged a window seat for us. My company used to come to this restaurant for the Christmas buffet lunch. It's been a few years since I changed jobs and haven't been here. Coming back this time brings back memories. There are many kinds of food, including lobster, oysters, and a good selection of sashimi. I personally think the crab porridge is delicious, as well as the mantis shrimp, freshly baked molten chocolate cake, and self-service drinks bar. I remember there used to be a large teppanyaki grill with grilled prawns and beef cube skewers. Now it's much smaller, which is a bit of a letdown. There are fewer desserts than I expected, but I must commend the staff; the service attitude is excellent and very polite.
The view is great, the place is spacious, and the tables are comfortably spaced out. Staff clear dishes quickly. There's a wide variety of food, fresh sashimi, and many drink options. I will definitely visit again.
The overall quality was acceptable. This particular restaurant didn't offer king crab, but my son wanted lobster, so we chose this buffet. The main selling point was the chilled lobster, which tasted okay but wasn't as fresh as I'd hoped. The smaller chilled shrimp, however, were actually tastier. Among the sashimi, the scallops were a pleasant surprise—very fresh and delicious, while the tuna and salmon were just average. As for the hot dishes, the selection was quite ordinary, and the taste was unremarkable. For example, I didn't enjoy the grilled chicken wings or the roasted goose. The dessert selection was decent, mainly cakes, but there weren't any special desserts like pancakes or tofu pudding. The ice cream was an unknown brand, and overall, the desserts were more disappointing than expected! This was a pre-birthday celebration buffet for my son. While he was eating, he saw others with small birthday cakes and asked if he could have one. Since he usually doesn't care about these things, I hadn't arranged anything with the hotel in advance. When I asked a server on the spot, they said they didn't have enough small cakes and that they needed to be requested in advance. They did offer candles for the celebration, but my son said he didn't need them. It turns out he just thought the small cake looked pretty and wanted one too. Honestly, I thought it was just a regular cake, and I even saw others leave half of theirs, which felt like a waste of food. Luckily, he didn't mind not getting an extra birthday cake. This pre-birthday meal was decent overall, and the atmosphere and environment were quite good.
It's rare to find such a great deal for the Harbourview's buffet dinner during the Golden Week holiday, so of course, we couldn't miss it! It was also a precious opportunity to gather with family to celebrate National Day, welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival, and give an early birthday blessing to a family member. What a perfect time to cherish being together 🥰 The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows face directly towards the beautiful Victoria Harbour night view 🤩 When I booked the table, I didn't realize there would be a celebration in the night sky tonight: a drone show continuing the National Day festivities. The beautiful scenery combined with everyone's birthday wishes was so heartwarming and unforgettable 💖 The restaurant's food is abundant, with seafood platters including: oysters, lobster, snow crab legs, brown crab, and shrimp – definitely not to be missed! Delicious hot dishes: lamb chops, roast beef, steamed scallops, pepper shrimp, beef braised in red wine, mini burgers, Indian curry... and so much more! The desserts are colorful and not too sweet, and there's unlimited soda, juice, and beer. Even during the holidays, unlike other restaurants, they don't have dining time slots, so you definitely have enough time to eat your fill. In short, it definitely won't disappoint! The staff are friendly. If there's another discount, I'll be sure to grab it quickly, take the opportunity to spend money in Hong Kong, and help the local economy 🫶
Service: Carina Yu was very attentive and had an excellent attitude. When she saw my child accidentally stained a jacket, she immediately offered me an opened disinfectant wipe so I could clean it right away. Restaurant Environment: Very beautiful, with views of Victoria Harbour. Food Taste: There were many food options suitable for my child.
