The facial was pretty good. Although I asked if I wanted to add a part-timer when I was doing it, I didn’t pursue the sale after I refused. It's very tender when done. This facial is mainly based on face. The plan for new customers is better than expected.

The new customer discount is actually pretty good even though I didn’t join in the end. The treatments were good and comfortable. The location of the Causeway Bay branch is convenient.

It's so close to the subway station. The masseur has a heart and is strong enough. Even if you don't buy the package, it won't be a hard sell.

The body master's gestures are very firm, and since his hands are a little fleshy, the pressure is very comfortable and the whole process is strong.

I had bought 2 Klook deals - Facial and Aromatherapy Soothing Massage. Both were done on the same day. The Facial was very good but based on my experience with the Aromatherapy Soothing Massage (please see my post on this) I had no intentions to buy any packages from Slim Beauty.

When I rang to make the appointment, told them I was having a soothing aromatherapy massage. When I got to the venue, told them I was having a soothing aromatherapy massage. When the consultant spoke with me, told her I was having a soothing aromatherapy massage. Was given a form to fill but then was told to stop half way before I got to the important parts about my concerns ! Got taken to a room very close to the reception and it was mega noisy and not soothing at all as the staff were chatting very loudly. The therapist came in and started very promptly. She was giving me a deep tissue massage and it was quite strong and slightly painful. I asked her if this was their version of a soothing aromatherapy massage and she said the info she got was for a deep tissue massage. She said their signature massage was the deep tissue but offered to do both during the 45 mins session. Anyways, after the session, the consultant spoke with me again but I decided not to complain as I had no intention to sign on a package. I quickly decline all the said Klook promotion and left the place thinking I'm definitely not coming back again !!!
