Staff are are all very polite and helpful. Paratha at first is not on today's menu but the Indian chef quickly tell me that he'll add it today. It's so delicious! He's also willing to specially prepare a king size Marsala Dosa for us. Fish, lamb and Rass Malai are so yummy.

not a lot of dishes but good enough for lunch buffet selection. Only indian food available. I think they should add more kinda of green leaves/ tomato salad even though it’s not technically Indian cuisine to balance off the overall spices.

My recent experience at Conrad Hong Kong's Lobby Lounge for the "Flavors of India Lunch Buffet" was truly amazing! Indian Chef Rawat Raju Singh uses over 25 spices directly imported from India, giving each dish an authentic flavor. A must-try is the **freshly made Indian Pancake**, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for dipping in the rich **Spinach and Cheese Curry**, creating a layered taste. The **Indian Grilled Chicken Tikka** is tender and juicy, marinated with spices just right. The **Indian Biryani Rice** is perfectly separated, paired with the daily rotating **Seafood Curry**, spicy but not overpowering. For dessert, I recommend the **Gulab Jamun Indian Sweet Dumplings**, sweet but not too heavy. Price-wise, it's excellent value for money, ideal for food lovers who want to experience authentic Indian cuisine.

The waiter arranged a window seat with a sea view for us, which was very good. The food variety was also good, with chicken, fish, beef, lamb and shrimp, and each one was of good quality. I don't eat lamb because I'm afraid of the smell, but I wanted to try a small piece. After eating all the food, I suddenly remembered, did I eat lamb? Why is there no smell at all? 👍The beef was soft enough. All the staff had a good service attitude. The Indian chef was very friendly and took the initiative to ask me what ice cream I wanted and brought dosa to my table. This buffet includes a cup of coffee or tea for each person, and unlimited ice cream, just ask. This buy one get one free offer is very cost-effective, $398 can feed two people. I looked at it again today and there is no such promotion anymore. If you see it, you must seize the opportunity! The overall score is 99.9 points, and 0.1 points is the orchid on the table. The water seems to have not been changed for a long time.

It was such a delightful dining experience! First of all, the service was fantastic, and all the staff were welcoming. The chef named Rawat was particularly friendly, introducing some Indian dishes to us and bringing soup, dosa, rasmalai and ice-cream to our table personally. He gave us very interesting information about Indian cuisine. In addition, we enjoyed the food and the ambience. The lobby lounge was light and airy, offering a view of the harbour between buildings. There was a good variety of authentic Indian dishes, from salads, curry dishes, desserts to coffee. If you want to try something special and of high quality, not just ordinary international buffet, this is worth a try!

This New Year's buffet has quite a lot of food, including fish and crab legs. The highlight is the sea urchin sushi, which is very delicious. The hot dishes include Nostoc oysters, grouper and Hainanese chicken, their barbecued pork is incredible, and the crispy roasted suckling pig is also delicious. The important thing is to pick it up, so you can play and eat together. The atmosphere is so good that you can listen to the live band while eating. There is also red wine, white wine and sparkling wine for you to drink. I really hope that this lobby lounge can have a night buffet1 every Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

As one of the 'Three Treasures of Admiralty,' the ambiance is, without a doubt, spacious and comfortable. Yesterday, I was seated by the window, which was very bright and pleasant. The biggest surprise was discovering that such a high-quality afternoon tea could be enjoyed at this price. The savory items on the top tier and the puff pastry items on the middle tier were above average, but the small desserts on the bottom tier were outstanding. You could really taste the chef's thoughtful arrangement, preparation, and dedication. The presentation was exquisite. The scones were decent, but the jam was specially prepared with cinnamon powder and other ingredients to enrich its flavor. I particularly enjoyed the Earl Grey mousse dessert cup; its taste was refreshing, and the sweetness had layers. Finally, beverages included coffee or tea, and I ordered 'Twelve,' a premium tea with hints of vanilla and caramel, which was quite excellent. Before leaving, I chatted with the manager and learned that Chef Tommy meticulously prepared everything, for which I am truly grateful. Overall, this was an excellent experience. The restaurant's staff and manager provided impeccable service, befitting a five-star hotel. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the ceramic tableware to something more luxurious, which would make the experience absolutely perfect.

we really enjoy our Indian food very much. the food are fresh , prata is delicious as it was made and done on the spot . briyriani rice are tasteful and the tandoori chicken is top notch . highly recommended for those who love Indian food.
