Attraction information

• Noboribetsu Hell Valley / Oyunuma / Natural Footbath: Due to weather, road conditions, and safety factors, some areas (such as Oyunuma and the Natural Footbath walking trail) may be temporarily closed during winter. Actual opening status is subject to on-site conditions on the day of your visit.
• Showa-shinzan: Showa-shinzan is a natural volcanic landscape. Due to weather and volcanic activity, access to some areas may be restricted. Your understanding is appreciated.
• Bear Farm: Admission tickets to the Bear Farm need to be purchased on-site. Opening hours and experience content may be adjusted due to season, weather, or on-site operational conditions.
• Lake Toya Observation Deck: Natural landscapes such as Mount Fuji, the lake, and surrounding mountain views may vary depending on weather conditions. Rainy, cloudy, or foggy days may affect the viewing experience, and visibility cannot be guaranteed.
• Otaru Canal: The Otaru Canal and surrounding areas are free walking zones. Roads may be slippery during snowfall in winter, so visitors should watch their step for safety.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
