I had a reservation for 8 PM, and I thought it might be too late, but listening to the guide's commentary, I thoroughly enjoyed myself regardless of the time. As we cruised along the Huangpu River, with its blend of old charm and modern cityscapes on either side, gazing at the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Bund, the guide's explanations helped me understand the city of Shanghai on a deeper level. Plus, as a bonus, the Shanghai travel tips were excellent value for money! If you go to Shanghai, I highly recommend taking the Huangpu River cruise with a professional guide.
I'm so proud of myself for booking the 8 PM slot with the guide's explanation! It was even better and more memorable to see the beautiful Oriental Pearl Tower and Bund views of the Huangpu River while listening to the guide's expert commentary. The restaurants and riverside draft beer pubs the guide recommended were amazing. A cruise is an absolute must-do when visiting Shanghai!
