Plus, each person receives one fresh lobster. The fresh shrimp roe and shrimp meat are unforgettable and distinct from how chilled lobster is prepared. For sashimi, there's salmon, yellowtail, tuna, large octopus legs, red shrimp, and more. There are also various cooked meat dishes, such as beef, lamb, and fish. The service is excellent, and plates are cleared quickly. The price is reasonable, making it highly recommended.

To celebrate my friend's birthday this time, I specifically booked a buy-one-get-one-free lunch buffet at the hotel, and also added a senior buffet price. With the all-you-can-eat oyster bar, it was an excellent value. The buffet offered a wide variety of food, especially the extensive selection of desserts, which are my absolute favorite. Additionally, the hotel restaurant environment was comfortable and spacious, making for a very pleasant seating experience. It's a great place for friends to gather.

Food Taste: The lamb chops were excellent, the steak was okay. The oysters varied in size. The Carlsberg draft beer was good (it was a holiday that day). Coffee and other beverages were available, but no juice or soda. There were only 3 flavors of Dreyer's and Mövenpick ice cream in total. Restaurant Environment: Spacious and comfortable seating. Service: Okay.

This is a great value buffet, purchased at a discounted price, averaging $400 per person. The variety of hot food items is decent, and they even have freshly grilled beef. However, I felt there were fewer dessert options, and no pancakes. It would be even better if there were more drink choices, as only black tea was available. I hope to see more beverages like orange juice! As of the May update, they offer lobster, and it would be even better if hot lobster were available!

The food selection is diverse, and you must try the freshly shucked oysters, sashimi, and conch, which are all very fresh. There are also unique dishes like Sha Tin chicken congee, beef shabu-shabu, and ginger vinegar that are worth trying. Food is replenished quickly, and the staff are friendly. I will definitely go again.

Beverage options include unlimited soft drinks and juices, with draft beer or red/white wine available during certain periods. In terms of service, the staff is friendly and refills dishes quickly, maintaining the freshness of the food.

The lunch buffet has all-you-can-eat seafood, sashimi, and oysters. There are also many different hot food options, as well as a noodle station where they cook it fresh. My favorite part was the desserts, especially the freshly made waffles, which were super crispy. You can even write with chocolate sauce. Movepick ice cream has three flavors: vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. Very happy!

It's been a long time since I last visited! This time, seeing the special offer and good reviews, I decided to give it another try! It has indeed improved significantly since before! My favorite dish is the steamed lobster, which is incredibly fresh and delicious! However, only one per person is really too little! The salmon belly and amberjack sashimi were also very fresh! The king crab was good too! There was also a wide variety of desserts! But the oysters were too small, and the foie gras was sliced too thinly! The environment was very comfortable, and the staff were very polite!

We availed the b1g1 via klook and it’s very easy and convenient to use. The atmosphere is good and so the staff. they’re kind and attentive.The foods I love it. unlimited oysters is must 😋. 100% satisfied and it’s recommended to all to try. 💙
