Luggage Information
- Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of hand luggage and one piece of checked luggage. Checked luggage shall be placed in the luggage compartment as arranged by the carrier. The maximum size of checked luggage is 56cm × 36cm × 22cm. If a passenger carries more luggage than the aforesaid quantity, the carrier has the right to require the passenger to purchase an additional baggage ticket. The carrier reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger carrying overweight, oversize, overlength luggage or any other items deemed inappropriate for boarding by the carrier, and no refund will be given to such passenger
- In accordance with the relevant regulations of the governments of the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao governments, passengers are prohibited from carrying flammable, explosive, smuggled goods or any prohibited articles for entry and exit by the customs of the three regions. The driver of the carrier has the right to refuse boarding to passengers carrying prohibited articles. If any accident occurs due to a passenger carrying prohibited articles, the passenger shall bear all the consequences and compensate the carrier for all economic losses incurred thereby
- Passengers must take good care of their personal belongings by themselves whenever the bus stops or when boarding and alighting. Passengers shall bear all risks for their personal belongings. The carrier shall not be liable for any loss or damage unless it is proven to be the carrier's fault
- Valuables or items with special commemorative value shall be carried by passengers with them and must not be placed in the vehicle's luggage compartment. All items placed in the vehicle's luggage compartment shall be treated as checked luggage. In case of damage or loss of checked luggage proven to be caused by the carrier's fault, the carrier's maximum compensation for each piece of luggage is HK$500
