Kobe - Kansai Airport Bay Shuttle

Great! It's very convenient to take a boat from Kansai to Kobe. No need to exchange tickets, just scan the QR code to use it. It also includes the shuttle bus fee for Kansai Airport - Pier / Pier - Kobe Airport.

You need to purchase tickets two days in advance and arrive a bit early. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Kobe Airport, and the shuttle bus schedule might not always align with your needs.

Despite a typhoon in Taiwan, the high-speed ferry to Kobe operated smoothly that day. There were some waves at sea, but nothing major. The high-speed ferry is excellent; the seats are large and comfortable, and there's plenty of space for luggage. The subsequent bus transfer to the airport was also very smooth, with covered walkways all the way, so there was no need for an umbrella! The Japanese staff at the airport counter were very friendly and even spoke Chinese when explaining things! This is the fastest way to get to Kobe!

Changes are not allowed within one hour of departure, so it is recommended to purchase tickets upon arrival.

Using the QR code to board the ferry and shuttle bus is very convenient. The shuttle bus is located at Terminal 1, bus stop 12. Taking this route from the airport to Kobe is cheaper and you can enjoy the sea view. Highly recommended.

A very good experience. The voyage was quick and cheap, and although it occasionally rocked, it wasn't enough to cause seasickness. As soon as we arrived at the port, the shuttle bus was waiting at the door, helping passengers to board for different terminals. It is convenient because you can travel directly from the airport to Kobe, and you can get to downtown Kobe within an hour, as it takes a little less than 30 minutes to travel from Kobe Port to Sannomiya.

They provided a shuttle service from the airport to the boat, which I didn’t know until my return trip. The employees were most helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
