This was a very comfortable trip. Our tour guide, Alan Zhou, arranged everything very thoughtfully, from hotel pick-up and drop-off to the arrangement of attractions (puffing billy railway - lunch - chocolate factory along the way - Notting Hill - Penguin Island). It's obvious that he is very experienced. He was very careful to remind us to greet and take photos with the train conductor of the Puffing Billy. In addition, Alan is a very interesting guide who knows how to liven up the atmosphere, making our travel time very pleasant. I highly recommend Alan as a tour guide!

You will receive a message before departure to confirm the meeting time and location. Our guide, Stephen, is very professional and attentive. He will remind us of things to pay attention to, such as the best position to sit in on the miniature train to take photos or videos and restaurant recommendations, which made us feel very satisfied.
