• Please be aware that due to Japanese regulations prohibiting vehicle use exceeding 10 hours, traffic congestion around Mount Fuji and its surrounding attractions is expected during the cherry blossom season (March 15th - April 15th) or on Japanese public holidays (weekends and major holidays). If this occurs, the tour guide reserves the right to shorten the time spent at each attraction.
• Infants aged 1-2 years are free of charge if they do not occupy a seat. However, participation is not recommended. If you insist on participating, please inform us via email in advance. If you do not inform us in advance and there is insufficient space, the driver has the right to refuse service. Thank you. If children under 2 years old need to occupy a seat, please purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket and requires a remark. Children over 2 years old are the same price as adults. In addition, seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or older throughout the trip.

1. Travelers with the following conditions or other conditions that are not suitable for excessive stimulation should not participate in this project: high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women. Concealing these conditions when registering will result in consequences that must be borne by the individual.
2. This itinerary is a shared, fixed route. Customers participating in this itinerary must adhere to the designated time at each attraction and follow the driver-guide's instructions. Failure to comply with the time schedule will require you to travel to the next meeting point on your own.
3. Please note that no refunds will be given for non-participation or interruption of the trip due to personal issues, lateness, etc. No refunds will be given to those who leave the group on their own during the trip. Furthermore, you will be responsible for any personal or property safety issues that result from this.
4. During the trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and take good care of them. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please do not eat or drink in the vehicle. If you cause stains in the vehicle, you will need to compensate according to the local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. The arrival time of each itinerary may vary depending on the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds of the day. The order of the itinerary may also be changed. As Japanese regulations stipulate that vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours, please understand that delays, cancellations, or reduced attractions may occur due to traffic jams on red days or force majeure factors. No refunds can be requested for these reasons.
6. Vehicle Type: Vehicles are dispatched based on the number of people. For small group tours, a driver will be arranged to also serve as the accompanying staff to provide full travel services. A separate tour leader will not be assigned. Please be aware that this product is a shared ride service and other guests will be riding along.
7. 8-day tours do not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase them yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. Please assess your health or ability. Our company is not responsible for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese public holidays. This may lead to delays of 2 to 5 hours, so it is recommended that you flexibly adjust your evening itinerary.
9. The one-day tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all carry specific risks and dangers; please assess your health and ability. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding.
10. *Depending on the traffic conditions of the day and the entry ticket time, the itinerary time may be adjusted, please be aware. *It will be very cold at night in Shirakawa-go, please wear warm clothes and non-slip shoes. * This itinerary does not go to the observatory, and only visits the Shirakawa-go village, please be aware. (Note: In 2027, Shirakawa-go will tighten regulations, and unless it is a designated two-day tour with designated accommodation, it will not be possible to go to the observatory).
11. ※The lighting is not very good at night. After getting off the bus, please confirm the boarding location for the return trip. ※In case of traffic congestion, the return time may be delayed. Please note that if a cold wave occurs nationwide, which may lead to large-scale traffic interruptions, this activity may be canceled. ※Specific seats cannot be specified. ※Children under 6 years of age cannot participate.
12. ※Illumination starts at 17:30. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early to wait. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Being late will be regarded as a No-show and will not be refunded. Please be aware of this.

14. For those using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly via your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the trip and email the LINE group link to you. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!
