In the event of traffic disruption caused by cold waves, the itinerary may be canceled, with no refunds or negative reviews supported.- 🔹 Illumination Notice: Illumination starts at 17:30; village tour only, observation deck is not included. With 2027 regulation upgrades, only designated 2-day accommodation packages include access to the observation deck. It is severely cold at night, please prepare warm clothing and non-slip shoes, and confirm the boarding point when getting off the vehicle.- 🔹 Insurance: Personal accident insurance is not included, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities carry risks, please assess your own health, and the company is not responsible for accidental injuries.
• We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 on the day before your trip. The content will include: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide, and the tour guide's social contact information. Please be sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Please do not be late on the day of the trip, as no refunds or changes are allowed on that day! Therefore, you must check your email and add the tour guide!!! Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that the relevant reception staff can contact you! If you have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
• For those using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly using your LINE phone number on the day before the tour. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the tour and send the LINE group link to you via email. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!
• Additionally, travel insurance is not included in any of our company's travel itineraries. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and dangers.
