Reviews
Klook stated that this was a 2-hour tour, but on the actual day of the trip, the tour guide said that it was a 1.5-hour tour, which was completely inconsistent with the product description. After reporting the problem to Klook, the way it handled it was very disappointing. They kept evading and making other excuses, saying that traffic and weather would affect the duration of the event, but there were no such problems from beginning to end. Later, it was said that the time to meet the tour guide and purchase tickets was also included in the itinerary. Of course we knew this, but in fact, the total time from meeting the tour guide to leaving the group was only 100 minutes, not even 1.5 hours. I paid this price but lost 40 minutes of the tour, which I couldn't accept at all. Klook did not handle it properly. In the end, it just stated that the local supplier had collected the payment, so it could not arrange cash compensation. Klook did not take its responsibility at all.
