Convenient transportation: It's a one-minute walk across the street from the train station, and there's easy access to trains/Venice's main island, which is very convenient. Tip: You can store your luggage at the hotel, so you don't have to carry it up countless stairs on Venice's main island.

It was basically a self-guided walk after the glass-making demonstration. It wasn't as lively as I had expected, and you can tell that both towns are slowly declining as these traditional artisan industries struggle to survive.
In fact, very few young people want to learn these crafts anymore because the work requires years of dedication. In Burano, only about 20 women are said to still possess the traditional lace-making skills. Despite that, the museum is well worth a visit, as it provides valuable insight into the history of Venetian craftsmanship and helps you appreciate these remarkable artistic traditions.

At the meeting point, there were many groups, and I had to ask each one to find mine. I was on the three-island tour, and there were many different tour packages within this group. So, on the way to the second island, it was important to listen carefully for the meeting time for my specific package. If I missed it, I could also ask the staff. On the first island, Murano, we watched glassblowing demonstrations and could also buy glass crafts. The second island was Burano, where we had lunch and took photos with the colorful houses. The third island, Torcello, was very peaceful. There was enough time to explore each island without feeling rushed. The tour guide on the boat was very diligent in explaining things, but unfortunately, the boat's noise was too loud, so it was hard to hear. There were also two different disembarkation points on the return trip, which required special attention.

Very good experience. Highly recommended. Our tour guide, Frederica, was really nice and knowledgeable. We had ample time to ourselves. After the must-see activities, were able to explore, eat and shop around.

Probably one of the best tours I had in Europe, if not the best. The bus ride was comfortable, the tour guide was well knowledged. She gave us ample time on each stop; not too short, not too long, just the right amount of time to explore and appreciate Italy’s hidden gem. This is highly recommended. 1000000/10

albert is very friendly, helpful and a great driver. its make the experience much more enjoyable. some light hearted jokes goes a long way. would definitely recommend this tour. he stops at the most scenic spot to make sure u got the best pics for ur insta. 🤣 facebook for the millennials and boomers.

The tour was organized by City Wonders, a local tourist company. The meeting point is clear and easy to find. They sent you email and WhatsApp messages. The tour guide, Phillopo, also a local Venice man, took us to both venues. He was really informative and humorous to follow. The tour is definitely recommended.
