The service was five-star quality. We checked in around 3 PM on a Hong Kong public holiday, and our room was still being cleaned. The front desk staff immediately offered us drink vouchers for the lobby cafe, allowing us to wait comfortably. The room was clean, the air conditioning was excellent, and the balcony offered a beautiful view with the sound of ocean waves. The balcony door was very soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a good selection of food, prioritizing quality over quantity, and every dish was of very high standard. The dinner even included yellowtail and tuna sashimi, a serving of steamed lobster with garlic and vermicelli for each person, and abalone mixed with rice. The hotel's own beer was also delicious. The beach was accessible with a room key, wasn't crowded, had very fine sand, and gentle waves, making it perfect for walks and recreation.

First time staying at the MGM Shenzhen. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from Liantang Port to get there. The staff are very polite, and the check-in process was quick. Upon entering the hotel room, I was truly amazed by the view. Facing an unbeatable ocean view, it is extremely beautiful and comfortable. The room is neat and clean, and the bathroom water pressure is also very strong, featuring both a bathtub and a shower stall. The package includes a buffet breakfast, swimming pool, Little Lion Club, and the M Show. First, after checking in, you can arrange for a vacation photo shoot at any time. The photographer was very professional, and the session lasted a total of 30 minutes. You can choose 5 photos, but buying an additional photo costs 80 RMB, which is quite expensive. It would be better if photos were available at a lower price. The swimming pool is clean and fairly large with many lifeguards on duty. There is also a water play area for children with water slides, and they had a lot of fun. The Little Lion Club is suitable for younger children, featuring a ball pit and a reading area. The 3rd-floor rooftop garden playground is recommended for children over eight, but children over four can actually enjoy it too. There is an area for children's golf. The instructor was very patient and deserves praise. Even checking in on a Saturday and Sunday, it wasn't very crowded. The M Show takes place from 8:00 to 8:30 PM, performed by 7 foreign actors, including dancing and a fire dance performance. The atmosphere was quite good and definitely worth watching. The hotel breakfast hours are great, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and the environment is very comfortable. The food selection is abundant, but the food quality felt just average. The items that tasted better were the congee, croissants, and ice cream. All in all, the environment is very comfortable and it's a great place for a vacation. However, the price feels a bit high at 2,680 RMB for 2 days and 1 night. From checking in at 3 PM to checking out at 12 PM, there isn't much time. Additionally, there aren't many places for adults to play, with only a 24-hour fitness center. There are no shopping malls nearby, and the prices of the restaurants inside the hotel are on the expensive side, though you can order delivery via Meituan. It is more suitable for stays with children.

The hotel is new and away from the busy streets, with huge quiet beach outside. Very close to aquarium nearby. Hotel staff are all very nice and helpful. Entertainers are very professional. Highly recommend the western restaurant on 1st floor.

The environment is beautiful, and every room has a balcony with an unobstructed sea view. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the facilities are great for children and very new. The soundproofing is excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers high-quality options. It's close to the subway and Xiaomeisha Ocean World. I booked a two-day, one-night package this time, but two days felt rushed. You really need to book three days to take your time and enjoy everything. Aside from the buffet breakfast requiring a wait for seating and having to pick up food deliveries at the designated table outside the hotel, everything else was great. The "M Show" is definitely worth seeing; the kids loved it. Playing in the outdoor and indoor playgrounds and swimming left us with no time to go to the beach. Therefore, I recommend booking the three-day package.

The hotel rooms have open and expansive views. The facilities and amenities are of a high standard. The M show in the evening is absolutely wonderful and should not be missed.

A truly excellent experience! The hotel is first-class, and so is the service. There's a private beach and pool, and the rooms are large and spotlessly clean - 100 points! The balcony sea view is unbeatable, and there are also evening parties, with one exciting event after another. The breakfast is abundant. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is very good 👍🏼 and worth a try. The Western restaurant on the first floor is even better, the food is top-notch, and the waitress Kitty is so friendly, she even gifted us a fruit platter. It's really worth the price!
