The room was ready before 12 o'clock. The front desk staff were polite and explained the schedule of the Executive Lounge in detail, and also told us the last ride time of the Ferris wheel. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of charging points. A long sofa was placed by the window, with a small coffee table next to it, and a large table at the end of the sofa. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was strong. The only downside was that there was no hand soap at the washbasin, only facial soap was provided, which was less convenient! A small packet of bath salts was provided for the bathtub 👍. Although the food provided in the Executive Lounge restaurant was not plentiful, it was all delicious and very sincere. It is also worth mentioning that all the staff in the restaurant were very kind and polite, and would take the initiative to introduce the dishes. This service alone is worth the price of admission! Worthy of praise again and again!! 👍👏

I checked into a Deluxe Double City View Room in the main building for one night on Saturday. Ms. Cassie at the hotel lobby counter was very polite and helpful during check-in, explaining all the necessary information and facilities. Although the hotel is a bit older, it is well-maintained overall, and the room was clean. I particularly liked the bathroom design with its expansive view. My high-floor room was very quiet, and the staff at the room entrance were also excellent. The buffet dinner offered a wide variety of food, especially seafood, and the dining hall staff were very courteous. The breakfast also had many options. I was satisfied with my stay this time, with the exception of the hotel pool, which I found very disappointing. It was shared with the club, so it was very crowded, and there were coaches teaching people to swim, which didn't create a relaxing vacation atmosphere. There were also very few pool chairs. This is an area the hotel needs to improve quickly.

Thank you to the hotel for decorating my room for my birthday and for the small cake. I took advantage of "Happy Hour" and had some cocktails. There was a pretty good selection of food, including noodles, snacks, some hot dishes, and cakes. It was nice to sit both inside and outside the restaurant. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but there was a little of everything. I want to commend the chefs in the rice noodle area who were very enthusiastic and welcoming. However, there was only one burner in the egg station, and when a lot of people asked the chef for different types of eggs, the chef missed my order. Is it reasonable to only have one burner at the egg station when that's the most popular breakfast item? The service staff were very good, pouring juice and hot drinks for every guest, but they couldn't keep up with clearing the plates from the tables. I think it would be better to let guests pour their own juice so they can control how much they want. I feel like the staff have had good training and are all very nice, but the workflow isn't great. When staff is limited, it seems like the prioritization of tasks isn't well-organized. The room was very comfortable. The facilities and staff are great, and I believe the guest experience would be even better with improved workflows.

It turns out that the JW Marriott Wings of Light Hotel does not have a swimming pool. It is relatively close to the Ferris wheel and shopping malls. Later, the staff transferred to the JW Marriott Hotel and had to take Didi to go there. The place is spacious and the rooms are very comfortable. The swimming pool is huge and there is a massage pool for wet and dry use. Steamed, the executive corridor is good. Afternoon tea and cakes are delicious. The drinks and light snacks for dinner are enough. The buffet breakfast is good. The surrounding area is relatively quiet. You can go to Yi Fang City in 20 minutes or take the subway. It is good if you want to relax There are many choices, it is close to the big park and you can go to the Ferris wheel for ten minutes.

Hotel Location: Next to the subway station, directly across from the waterfront promenade and a shopping mall, which is extremely convenient. Dining: Compared to hotels of a similar class, the executive lounge offers a high-quality atmosphere and a good variety of food. Service: Perhaps due to fewer guests, the surroundings were quiet, and I was satisfied with the overall service. Room Air Conditioning: The cooling was slightly insufficient.

The location is near the Ferris wheel, with many restaurants and a large waterfront park nearby. It's about a 20-minute walk to Qianhai Hop天地, making shopping very convenient. The hotel includes afternoon tea, dinner, and a breakfast buffet. Although the food selection isn't extensive, the quality is quite good. The staff provides excellent and attentive service. Although the pool is located in the main building, there's a 24-hour gym that isn't crowded. The hotel is just opposite the Bay Light Ferris wheel, which is very convenient for coming back after riding the Ferris wheel at night. The front desk reminds guests that they can take their room cards to the main seat of the hotel to enjoy the swimming pool and spa club. It is not far away by foot or taxi, about five minutes. Its massage hot tub is recommended. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of food suitable for all ages. Overall very good 👍🏻

I originally booked the Wing of Light Executive Hotel, but the taxi took me to the main building by mistake, which was quite a distance away. However, the staff were very helpful and changed my reservation to the main building. It seems many guests book the executive floor, so there was often a wait for seating during both afternoon tea and the evening cocktail reception. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The view was of residential buildings and commercial buildings next door. The hotel is within walking distance of Happy Harbor and the Shenzhen Eye🎡. There are also museums and art galleries around. The environment is open and comfortable 👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is very good with many choices, especially the Shin Ramyun, which is rare 😝 I feel like it's not as crowded and noisy here as in the new wing.

Marriott Group has always been one of my favorite brands. The hotel teams are very professional, and the service is impeccable. I will continue to support Marriott Bonvoy. Breakfast: I especially love the desserts.
