The hotel's recreational facilities are fantastic! There's a large outdoor swimming pool with a slide behind a big pirate ship, and even a bubble party, which the kids absolutely loved! There's also a beach with very fine sand. The only downside was the crowd, but the weather was great, and everyone had a wonderful time! The hotel also has an indoor pool, a heated pool, and many other facilities like wet and dry saunas. The rooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses, and the bathrooms are huge with a large bathtub where several children can bathe together! There's also a balcony outside the room where you can hang swimsuits to dry. The indoor play room isn't very big, but it was included in our package, so we could play there before our room was ready. Outdoors, there's also a carousel and a climbing frame, but it was too hot, so we only played for a short while. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, fresh juices, and many hot dishes. The only drawback is the long wait times, sometimes up to an hour, even with extended breakfast hours. This wastes valuable guest time, and I hope the hotel can improve this situation. The InterContinental brand provides excellent service, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained, new, and comfortable. It's very convenient and safe to have a robot deliver takeout food to your room! Plus, our package included movie privileges, so watching movies in the room while eating was a great experience!

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and check-in was very efficient. We purchased a package that included one adult and one child ticket to Utopia Park, and the staff kindly provided an additional set of one adult and one child ticket. Furthermore, we were able to check out at 2 PM, which gave us ample time to swim and relax on our second morning. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony. The bathroom also had a large, very clean bathtub. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was satisfactory. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pool facilities were excellent, and the indoor and outdoor parks were also very large, suitable for children aged 3 to 10. We will definitely stay here again.

Despite Typhoon Signal No. 8 and the stormy weather in Hong Kong, we found a warm haven at the InterContinental Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town. The buffet was incredibly lavish from morning to night, with a wide array of seafood, hot dishes, and desserts that completely satisfied our taste buds. The children had an absolute blast; the indoor pool was warm and comfortable, and the Utopia Kids' Club was their paradise, filled with non-stop laughter. Our two-day itinerary was packed with activities, and even with the severe weather outside, the indoors were filled with joy and warmth. From the delicious food to the entertainment, we felt the hotel's thoughtfulness in every detail. This family time during the typhoon unexpectedly became an unforgettable and wonderful memory for us all.

To celebrate my daughter's birthday, I specifically booked this hotel with a water park. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom and bathtub. Because it was her birthday, Leo at the front desk upgraded our room, gave us a small gift, and extended our checkout time to 2 PM. When we entered the room, there were even birthday decorations! The pool water was very clean, and while the sand on the artificial beach wasn't super fine, it was still comfortable to walk on. Life jackets and arm floats were available for free loan. Breakfast was very rich, with fresh juice, a noodle station, congee, and a wide variety of cereals. The only minor drawback was that the room didn't have a coffee pod machine, but the buffet did! We will definitely come again next time!

The location of the hotel is very good, at the Overseas Chinese Town subway station exit c, out of the subway station, once on the ground to reach the hotel, very convenient. The hotel swimming pool is very large, with a slide, a deep pool, and an indoor heated pool, suitable for children. And there is a playhouse, carousel, for the children to play and unwind, the children are very happy. The quality of breakfast is very good. Overall very satisfied.

The pool is like a small water park, complete with an artificial beach, an indoor heated jacuzzi, and an indoor swimming pool. Additionally, there's a park and an indoor playhouse, offering continuous surprises! This time, we were upgraded to a suite, and the entire atmosphere felt very clean, with a comfortable and quiet environment, allowing for true relaxation. As other guests have mentioned, there's a wait for breakfast seating, although alternative arrangements are available, such as being seated in the Chinese restaurant. This time, I chose to wait. Overall, this hotel is definitely the top choice for family-friendly hotels in Shenzhen, and I will certainly be back!

Convenient Transportation: The hotel is located right at the Overseas Chinese Station subway exit, so it's easy to get around by public transport without driving. The hotel rooms are large, and so are the bathrooms. The artificial beach and small water park inside the hotel are really fun, kids will definitely love it! There's also a small playhouse and scheduled craft activities – awesome! The buffet dinner is fairly extensive, and the buffet breakfast is decent. Overall, the package offers great value for money.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel front desk upgraded our room. The bed was very large and comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft. There's a walk-in closet, and the bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. The bathtub is large enough for three people to soak in at once. The pool is huge, so it never felt crowded even with many people swimming. The children's ball pit was a little small, but overall, the experience was very comfortable. My favorite part was the glass elevator that goes directly to the swimming pool – very thoughtful! The staff were also very polite, making us feel right at home. We will definitely want to visit again!

Beautiful, clean hotel. Perfect for summer time to enjoy the pool. The rooms are very spacious but the bed is very high. Suggest one to book including breakfast as the individual buffet breakfast is expensive. Window of the world and shopping mall is a walking distance.
