Everything works out really well. The Driver was friendly and attended to our needs. The staff is attentive and easy communicate with (via WeChat). For those who want better accomodation, chose a superior package to avoid disappointment.

Very impressed with the excellent service here. The driver took very good care of us and helped us with everything, including taking us to visit places and buying tickets. There were 2 of us traveling in a small SUV, but the driver was a very good driver. He didn't drive over 70, but he was able to overtake every car. 🤣🤣🤣 And the places we went to were: 1. Chengdu City (the driver picked us up at the hotel) 2. Four Maidens or Siguniangshan 3. Dujiangyan Irrigation System 4. Cloudy Maoxian County (Maoxian) Diaxi Lake 5. Yak Riding 6. Songpan Ancient Town 7. Jiu Zhaoguan Valley 8. Horseback Riding in Zhongshagoun Village 9. Mounigou Waterfall Scenic Area Next time, we will recommend our friends to use our services and on our next trip, we will still choose Klook's services. a compact tour with driver. the hotel is considerably acceptable, except the hotel at Dujiangyan is relatively old. the car is a bit squeezy for 4 people, the one sitting in the middle at the back is quite uncomfortable as the journey is very long for above 4 hours. driver skill is good, sending us safely to and fro between scenic places and hotel. overall good expin this journey.

The itinerary was meticulously planned, and the accommodations were satisfactory and comfortable. The driver demonstrated remarkable skill and familiarity with the challenging and narrow mountain roads leading to Jiuzaigou. In my opinion, this excursion offered excellent value for the cost.

Our small group's itinerary was very comfortable, and we were very satisfied with the accommodations, especially the hotel we stayed at the night we visited Jiuzhaigou. It was only a few minutes' drive from the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which was very convenient! The environment was also excellent. The water in Jiuzhaigou was so beautiful it looked unreal, like a mirror; absolutely stunning! Dujiangyan and the Panda Base were also great; the pandas were incredibly cute. Our driver was professional and thoughtful, attentive to my needs without rushing us. The entire trip was both fulfilling and relaxing.

There were two of us traveling, one of them an elderly person, and we got a comfortable nine-seat car. The tour schedule was well-organized, with gas cans and drinking water provided. The driver took us to the bathroom frequently, as requested. We were taken to see a free show and ate in the package in a Tibetan village. It was a lot of fun on this trip. Plus, we got free photos. We got all the raw files and edited six files. The tour included a lot of extras. I was impressed.

The scenery in Jiuzhaigou is truly picturesque, especially in winter when there are fewer tourists, allowing you to feel completely immersed in nature. The snowscapes of Siguniang Mountain were even more breathtaking; although I experienced a bit of altitude sickness and couldn't complete all the stops, the experience itself was rewarding. The small group tour was excellent. The overall itinerary was very relaxed, unhurried, and allowed for complete relaxation.

I would especially like to recommend our driver for this trip (Ren Wenyun), Arnold, who is very careful, responsible, punctual and enthusiastic. You can find him next time you come here. The itinerary is just right, not too tiring and with free time. The only imperfection is that we came in the wrong season. The scenery is beautiful and it snows, but we can't see the colorful world haha

We enjoyed both tours and hotels. We visited to all places according to program's plan. Driver is also nice. This tour is worth your money.
