I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay there. Location is very good for activities, eating out and getting from one place to another. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet had also a nice variation of things. Everything was clean and in my opinion there was a lot of space — the room didn’t feel as cramped as one might expect. All in all, I think this place is very nice and I wouldn’t mind staying here again next time I happen to travel to Kyoto. Only downside that I can think of is that the walls are quite thin, so I could hear people coming and going, but it didn’t bother me too much.

The location is perfect! it's closed to the shopping street and in the heart of Kyoto. There's subway stations and bus stations nearby. The room is cheap and bigger that other same level hotel.
