The room was clean, the only problem I had is 24-48 hours in advance I told them our flight was delayed and I paid insurance and they said they could do anything about it. So I missed a whole day and nothing was done to compensate, even tried to just change the dates. But nothing could be done so they said.

We spent our last night in Italy at Suite Sistina in the Loft room to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was magical. As long as you are ok with erotica then you’ll enjoy the rooms. We had a great time! Highly recommend.

It has good potential, but the room had several issues, the air-conditioning did not work it was dripping water on the ground and was not cooling properly. The bathtub did not hold water (drain plug was broken), the exhaust system in the bathroom did not work turning the room into a sauna after a shower, and the floors were dusty.

Love how beautiful the rooms are, the different colored lights, the cold AC, the hot tubs inside the suites, how they make up the room, the location is just steps away from Spanish steps and a few minutes walk from Trevi fountain, Pantheon, and major shopping areas . Will be staying there again if we ever visit Rome again

Wonderful, unique rooms, nicely air conditioned, walking distance to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and Pantheon. 15 minutes cab ride to train station. ❤️

We loved the in room whirlpool tub, round bed, Roman shower for two, and the great location relative to the attractions and restaurants. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Great stuff , rehab , one minor if she was with a room that was not there fall , and they were able to sort it out for us very quickly (allergy to perfume) they had us in a new room right away. Everything was great there would highly recommend
