Positives:
The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds offered comfort, and the breakfast area was pleasant.
Negatives:
The hotel required renovation, and the corridor wall leading to the breakfast room was unfinished. The wall-mounted TV stuck out, obstructing the walkway. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, and it was unavailable even when requested at reception. The lift and was very small and did not reach the top floor.
In summary, we were disappointed and unlikely to choose this hotel again.

The comfort room was perfect. Much bigger and updated compared to the local Italian hotels I stayed in.
The front desk staff was wonderful and incredibly accommodating.
Breakfast was disappointing but still a clan nice offering and nice staff. I would stay there again

The sound of my neighbour urinating just before bed and in the morning just as I awoke (in fact I was awoken by the sound of the neighbour urinating); was the only thing--although for me it was very significant--which put a dampener on my overall impression of the Club Hotel.

Fantastic I love this hotel and the staff. They are so helpful. They even help me retrieve my delayed baggage from the airport. It’s walkable to all the sightseeing and the tours plus it’s right by the train station.
