We were in the Achilles room which was spacious and had a sauna and jacuzzi in the bathroom, and a lovely outside seating area. The room was spotless and modern and cleaned daily. The staff messaged beforehand with clear instructions of how to access the room - there are doors with code-access only to the building and to the Pier Capponi rooms, so even though on 2 occasions the building door had been left open, it still felt safe. Good location, about 20-25 mins walk from the centre with all the attractions, and 15-20 mins walk from the tram stop (which we used to arrive from the airport). They kindly provided vouchers for local eating spots, and provided tea bags and coffee pods. The only suggestion for improvement is that the place to leave bags after checkout is just some shelves, which although is in a CCTV locked area would probably be better if had safes or padlocks on. However overall was fantastic and would definitely stay here again and would recommend to those visiting Florence!

Fantastic place! I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. It's like having your own stylish apartment in Florence. A little way out of the main sites but if you enjoy walking, no problem at all. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful accommodations! Comfortable large beds in the 2 large bedrooms. Beautiful bathroom. Perfectly clean. The provided espresso pods and tea was lovely. Great & safe location in Florence. Excellent communication!! Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Florence! Thank you!

We booked apartment 1, it was beautifully decorated and clean, the sauna and hot tub was brilliant after a long day exploring florence. Maggie the host was brilliant sent us all the information required and was always happy to answer messages. Room was cleaned everyday very close to the center, we walked in and out of the city in around 25-35minutes. Also close to local busses and trams t2. Thankyou very much for a great stay, we would definitely stay again and reccomend.

This place was incredible - way more amenities than listed. There was a clothes washer! We enjoyed cooking, and our daughter enjoyed having a really nice bedroom to herself. Great location - quiet and an easy walk to the heart of Florence and public transportation.

The apartment was beautiful. The decor was tasteful and the rooms were very spacious (very generous) and ultra clean. The apartment had considerate elements like an iron and ironing board in the room.
The bed was super spacious and was extremely comfortable.
The terrace was a great space and it was lovely to find items such as water, detergent, olive oil and body products. The appliances were also great and came in handy.
The check in document was well thought out and very considerate. This made xheck in super easy.
The location was great too, I was walking my best life.
The only problem we had was we weren't exactly sure what rubbish should go in which bin.
We loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.
