The best location in Sapporo, we can shop and at the same time deliver it to the hotel immediately if we cant carry it anymore. its walking distance to everything because it is in the center of Susukino area

Great spacious room with two good size beds. check-in was easy using machines with staff attendance available to help out. good location, in walking distance to transport, sites and eateries. clean and great value for money.

we had a great stay here, the location is really central to the main shopping street and key sites like the Sapporo tower, odori park. it was great how it was right next to odori exit 34 so we could walk underground all the way to Sapporo station (with our suitcases). breakfast was great and staff were friendly and helpful. stored our luggage prior to check in time. room was nice and clean. will happily stay here again

We stayed in their larger premium stay room and loved the LG styler and washer machine. Ms. Mata at the front desk assisted us with shipping/forwarding 3 of our luggages to our next stay and was very professional and courteous. Thank you for your help!

Really loved this hotel! Incredible view of Nakajima Park especially when it snows! Staff were accomodating and courteous. Room was cozy and spacious. Hotel’s location is also great as it’s walking distance to major Sapporo City tourist spots.
