It was sparkling clean. My deluxe room was excellent. I find it a hassle that the bath is on the Lower Ground and the toilet is on the 5th level. There is a daily change of towels and you can have unlimited toiletries available on the 2nd floor. will definitely come back here!

The place is so accessible I can say this capsule hotel is part of the heart of Sapporo, It should be known. It is perfect for solo traveller, the breakfast was so good. The Onsen and Sauna that alone I can say it's the perfect combination. My only complain is the shower area because it was located in the Onsen and it is in the basement but it's no big deal because I easily adjust the situation. The whole stay is a experience. Will definetely book again when the time is right and when I am going back to sapporo solo again. breakfast: Amazing hotel location: PERFECT cleanliness: OK service: Amazing, staff are approachable transport access: 10/10

This cabin in Sapporo is very clean and organized. The bed is spacious. Everything is clean. The only issue is the showerroom inside the onsens though male and females are spearate. If you have tattoos, you cannot use the onsen. For women with tattoos, please note there is only one shower room, so you need to get up early or shower late at night if you do not want to cue.

Hotel location: Superb location—right in front of Parco Mall and just a few steps from Odori Station. The deluxe capsule room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable!

Been staying multiple times in this hotel when I am in Sapporo. Location is very convenient, 7 mins straight walk from JR Sapporo Station, or 1 mins from Odori Subway station exit 10. Amenities are provide, cleam common rooms and good breakfast. Recommended also for businessmen or people traveling while working.

I like it here. Everything is provided or at least the basics. Breakfast is good. I thought their onsen/spa is really a great addition. Few blocks Away from Sapporo station and near Odori Park. Enjoyed my stay in Hokkaido with Gardens Cabin. Definitely worth it.
