hotel location: It's about 2 hours drive away from the ferry terminal but it's understandable. The hotel provides transport to and fro, which is a great initiative! service: Top-notch and consistent. The smile and genuineness to support in any way is simply amazing. food: Breakfast buffet was good, but hope that there are more food options around the resort (only 3 places, and drinks menu is the same in all places).

Staff were very friendsly and helpful. Food quality were excellent albeit lacking in variety. Facilities and resort activities were rather limited but were well compensated by thoughtful activity instructors. Very nice enviroment with windy and very nice beach.

it was great to stay at the hotel and the staff were very friendly. The environment also was very nice. It made me to forget about my work at all.

Upon check-in counter staff was courteous and helpful during hotel stay. Lunch and breakfast served were delicious.

it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions area (aka treasure cove etc) but we had a dedicated driver for the entire trip and the hotel was cheap, so all's good. the toilet is super huge and the room was quite clean. the huts were spaced quite far apart, so noise wasn't really an issue either. there's also quite a few things to explore (the park is pretty huge) and do (mini archery, pedal boat, ATV, etc at a fee) in the hotel as well, overall a very pleasant experience.

we really enjoyed our stay..each and every staff are very kind, helping and humble ..they are really very cooperative and understanding ..the arrangements are also very nice .hotel room, property, view everything is really really best ..we would love to choose this hotel again for the next bintan trip ..the food options are also nice for vegetarians, there are few options but if you request, they can prepare as per your choice ..so overall for us it would be 10/10
