Four Points by Sheraton Bintan (23–26 July) This was my first visit to Bintan. The lobby overlooking the sea is beautiful and gives a great first impression. The beach is clean, but the water wasn't inviting enough for swimming, so we spent most of our time at the pool. The shuttle bus was quite small, and the seats weren't comfortable for bigger-sized passengers. Food was another letdown. Dining options at the resort were limited, and the quality was average. We also tried a few local restaurants outside the resort—they were cheaper but nothing special. Breakfast was also average. As a family with a young child, we found the resort lacking family-friendly facilities. Unlike some nearby resorts, there's no children's water playground or babysitting service. Overall, it's a clean and peaceful resort, better suited for couples than families. Would I return? Probably not, as there are better family-friendly resorts in Bintan.

Everything is great except for our bed which smells of sweat and the aircon which cannot be adjusted so our room is not that cold. Free shuttle service is helpful but the schedule is quite limited and just an hour before the boarding time of the ferry.

Excellent hotel for family. Friendly staffs. Nice pool. Kids club to put kids at and went for a SPA! It was my birthday they wrote a special note on the mirror and presented a cake before the day end! What a surprise! Near to the beach!

It was a fantastic stay and the deal is unbeatable, with all meals provided. We actually think the portions are too big so we ended up eating much more than usual. The staff is very friendly and answers to all of our needs promptly, for example the baby crib was provided within 30 minutes of checking-in. Overall it was an excellent experience and we very much recommend booking of this hotel via Klook for anyone who is looking for a short getaway to Bintan

Hotel is relatively new & nice. The staffs were very friendly & welcoming. Was celebrating our wedding anniversary there over the weekend, the hotel staff decorated the room & even gave us a small cake. A great getaway for short weekend trip
