Bara San was very helpful and informative. I had 90 minutes and takayama which was sufficient for browsing the morning markets, getting a few snacks and trying the sake gacha and testing. I had 90 minutes at shirakawago which was very rushed due to booking the lunch experience. in my opinion skip the lunch for an extra 40 minutes in shirakawago, much more worth it, there are shops selling snacks in the village anyways. All in all a beautiful place to visit. Tour guides and bus driver were pleasant, knowledgeable and responsible. Would recommend for first timers.

This was my first time joining a Klook one-day tour to famous Japanese attractions. The meeting time was neither too early nor too late, and the location was easy to find. However, on these tours, participants don't know each other, so I believe it would be fairest if the tour guide or your company assigned specific seats to each member in advance. On the day of our tour, we arrived 30 minutes early, checked in with the guide, and learned the tour bus hadn't arrived yet. Since there were so many people, we waited elsewhere, which unfortunately led to us boarding the bus very late and ending up almost at the back. As for the schedule, the time spent at each attraction was acceptable. The tour guide was very responsible, recommending popular must-try products and even planning a route for Shirakawa-go for our reference.

Shirakawa-go and Takayama Tour is one of the best tours you can get in Nagoya. The tour consists of going to Takayama with some guided excursions. The orientation while inside the bus with the maps provided by the guide was enough for us to be well-guided with the best places to go in Takayama and Shirakawa-go. This tour provided observation deck access, which allowed us to take pictures and buy souvenirs. The tour in Takayama is one of the best tours we had since we were able to roam freely. In Shirakawa-go, we were also able to roam freely.

this was one of the highlights of my trip. three locations in one day. Shirakawago was stunning even during summer. Takayama considered the "little Kyoto" gave a peaceful vibe as well as the famous waterway at the Gujo Hachiman. I really enjoyed this whole day trip. Our guide, Ritsuki was very friendly and accommodating. Kudos 👏🏻 💐

Since these locations are over two hours from Nagoya by car, it is definitely worth joining a local tour. The guide was excellent—responsible, well-organized, and provided plenty of free time, which was more than enough for the visit. I loved the first stop the most, it is well worth the trip. The 'Silver Clock' meeting point is very easy to find, and the maps and suggestions provided by the guide were detailed and easy to follow. They also set up WhatsApp and WeChat groups to ensure seamless communication throughout the day.

Cici was a great guide, she was fluent in 3 languages, she gave us freedom to follow her around or to explore by ourselves. Felt a bit rushed in gujo hachiman, but the rest felt we had much much spare time to explore. Going with a tour like these is way cheaper than going by yourself.

Tour was amazing, our guide Kana was super friendly and provided all the info in advance while on the way, so when you arrive you already know what to prioritize and have a map to go around easily. tour starts early but then, when you arrive, is not that crowded which is nice. Better to follow her recommendation and go to the observatory first, when I went after arrival was almost empty but one hour later it was super full and it continued like that the rest of the day. Lunch was great and nice opportunity to try a traditional lunch. Both places were honestly breathtaking and we were super lucky to have a super sunny day. Bus was also great and it honestly felt nice to not have to check 10 times the public info for transport to make sure I was going in the right direction :) . Overall I think the experience is definitely worth it if you are in the area!

What a fantastic experience! This was my first time joining a Klook day tour abroad. The night before the trip, seeing the pre-departure instructions sent by the tour guide via email made me feel much more at ease. Throughout the journey, our guide, Mr. Wang, fluently introduced the attractions and provided various reminders to travelers in Chinese, English, and Japanese. He was very professional! The entire itinerary ran very smoothly, and the timing was perfectly managed. Although Shirakawa-go in the summer doesn't have its classic snow-covered scenery, the lush green landscape offers a different kind of beauty.

Our tour guide, Liu Mei, and our Brazilian-Japanese driver took us on a day trip today to Hida Takayama, and then to Shirakawa-go. We are incredibly grateful to Ms. Liu and the driver because when we spontaneously asked to visit a museum in Hida, they showed the utmost consideration and helped us make it happen. This has truly been the most memorable experience of our trip to Japan so far. The guide was clear, and the driver drove very safely, making every effort to ensure everyone was comfortable throughout the journey. We also learned a lot, thank you! We highly recommend this day trip; my wife loved it too :))
