[Plan Option Description] (1) Plan A&B: Includes transportation, accommodation, and Kenrokuen Garden admission ticket (2) Plan C: Includes transportation only (Kanazawa city hotel pick-up and drop-off) (3) Plan A: Accommodation + breakfast on the second day; Plan B: Accommodation + dinner on the first day and breakfast on the second day (4) Plans including accommodation: 2 to 4-person rooms. Please book according to the number of people and note the required room type in the remarks, for example: 2 people per room, 3 people per room, 4 people per room. Our company does not arrange for strangers in a group to share a room.

• [Group Formation Notice] 14 days before the departure date, we will contact you to confirm whether the group will be formed. Please leave a convenient contact method such as WhatsApp, WeChat, or Line in the order remarks. If not provided, we will notify you via your reserved email address whether the group will be formed, please check your inbox accordingly.
• [Accommodation Hotels] Accommodation hotels will be provided mainly based on the itinerary description. If fully booked, a hotel of the same standard will be provided. Accommodation hotel details will be provided 3 days before departure. Room types are provided based on availability and cannot be specified. For orders with multiple people, please note the required room type and we will try our best to accommodate it. If we cannot accommodate it, your understanding is appreciated. The company will not arrange for odd-numbered guests to share a room with other tour members.
• [Children's Free Policy] Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a separate seat and bed participate for free. Children aged 2 and above are charged the same price as adults. One adult is limited to bringing one infant participating for free. If traveling with a 0-2 year old child (participating for free), please note it when placing the order. In case of failure to notify in advance and insufficient space, the driver has the right to refuse boarding, and the resulting losses must be borne by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Vehicle & Tour Leader Arrangement Description] We will dispatch suitable vehicle types (such as vans, minibuses, large buses, etc.) based on the actual number of travelers. Specified vehicle types cannot be accepted, thank you for your understanding. For groups with fewer than 14 people on this itinerary, a driver-guide will provide accompanying services, allowing communication via translation software, and you are welcome to enjoy the sights freely; for groups of 14 or more, a Chinese/English/Japanese speaking tour guide will be arranged to provide full services.
• [Pre-trip Notification Email Reminder] The evening before departure from 19:00 to 22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-trip notification email containing the driver/tour leader contact information, meeting point map, and related precautions. Please be sure to check it in time and also check your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed, thank you for your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, the content of the most recently sent one shall prevail.
• [Meeting Time Requirement] Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time before 8:00. As this itinerary is a joint-group tour, we cannot wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be given. All expenses and related liabilities incurred due to arriving late will be borne by yourself, thank you for your understanding.
• [Baggage Allowance] Each tourist can carry 1 standard-sized piece of luggage for free, and please note it in the remarks column when placing the order. If you temporarily bring luggage without prior notice, it may lead to insufficient space in the vehicle, affecting the safety and comfort of other tourists. The tour guide has the right to refuse you to board, and relevant fees will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Cancellation Policy]: Cancellation 15 days before the selected date / failure to meet group conditions, full refund (0% handling fee); cancellation between 10 to 14 days before the selected date, a 10% handling fee will be charged; cancellation between 7 to 10 days before the selected date, a 20% handling fee will be charged; cancellation between 4 to 6 days before the selected date, a 40% handling fee will be charged; cancellation or modification of orders is not allowed 1 to 3 days before the selected date, and no refunds will be given (100% handling fee).
• [Force Majeure Response Description] In case of itinerary delays caused by force majeure factors such as weather and traffic, the tour leader will flexibly adjust the order of the itinerary on-site, or shorten or cancel the stay time at some attractions based on actual conditions to ensure the itinerary proceeds safely and orderly.
