Excellent hotel, great value for the price. It's close to Shin-Osaka Station and very well-connected. They have a wonderful onsen, perfect for when you arrive tired, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Everyone is very friendly.

They were so, so kind and the room condition was so great. I had a request and they kindly answered all my questions and the conclusion was perfect. I was happy that I could use the sauna every day and the view was so wonderful that I didn't even need to go out to see the night view.

The hotel is less than a 30-minute Hankyu train ride from Kobe Sannomiya Station; the bus stop is just around the corner, and it takes about 10 minutes by city bus to reach Umeda Osaka Station and other lively areas. The triple room we stayed in is a rare large and clean room among the Toyoko Inn hotel chain; there is a microwave in the room, but we didn't use it because the hotel's free breakfast was rich and delicious.

The breakfast was delicious, the location was great, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious, it was all great.
