Hotel is located about 300m from Sapporo Station. There are 2 Mitsui Hotels, so make sure to check which one you booked but they are just next to each other. Mitsui Garden (West) I think is the older hotel but is well maintained and still look modern. Room is spacious enough compared to other Japan hotels. You can open large luggage on the floor and still can move around. Snacks (chocolate, biscuits, chips and drinks) are available for all guests at the lounge. There is no complimentary early check in. And you need to pay city tax upon arrival. Overall stay is good.

The location of this hotel is very convenient and just a short walk from Sapporo Station. There are several station exits that lead directly to the hotel area, making it easy to get around, especially with luggage. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay throughout my trip. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo.

There are also several convenience stores nearby, including FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson, which makes everything very convenient during the stay. I also really liked the lounge area—it felt very welcoming and comfortable to relax in. The staff were approachable and polite, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable as well. Most importantly, I appreciated the bilingual visual reminders throughout the hotel, which made it very easy and user-friendly for guests.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The location is super convenient and very close to Sapporo Station, with a few different exits leading to the hotel, which made travelling around easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again if I visit Sapporo in the future.

The room with two beds was very spacious and the wash area has a partition from the shower, so it doubles up as a changing room. The hotel is walking distance to the sapporo clock tower and tv tower, and its 15 mins walk from the Mega Donki too! A really enjoyable stay!

1st time to Hokkaido and friend recommended this hotel. location is good. Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. Good experience and like the hotel very much.

The location is excellent! It's very close to the station. Although it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, you'll pass by attractions like Odori Park and the TV Tower along the way. The room is spacious and clean, with a great layout and design, just like the pictures on the official website. The lobby offers complimentary welcome drinks and coffee. Mineral water is provided in the room; although the bottles are small, they are very convenient to carry around. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.
